클레오파트라 럭셔리 리조트 - 마카디 베이(Cleopatra Luxury Resort Makadi Bay)

這是我住過最差的五星級酒店。房間裏有蟑螂一樣的蟲子，類似於電影裏木乃伊裏拍出來的那種蟲子，還是很可怕的。跟前台説後。前台經理居然跟我説這是正常的，換個房間也不能保證沒有，因為這是在沙漠。很無語。我住在裏面直接來噴殺蟲劑。最主要的是服務態度很差。

멋진 경험.. 장소는 훌륭합니다.. 독특합니다.. 그들은 청결을 중요하게 생각합니다.. 서비스는 훌륭합니다.. 그리고 호텔의 모든 사람들은 훌륭하고 방문객을 환영합니다.. 바다에서 요가 게임의 경험은 달랐습니다. 그리고 특색있고.. 음식 종류도 좋고 질도 좋고.. 아이들과 함께 즐거웠습니다. 전체적인 분위기와 다양한 액티비티, 그리고 방문객들을 즐겁게 해줄 직장인들의 관심으로.. 😍

A very welcoming massive resort with lots to offer. It's in a very secure compound. The resort staff are very helpful from taking luggages from/to transfer coaches, taking it to room in an electric buggy. Reception staff are helpful - especially Mohammed, who helped with Uber taxi for local travel. The Uber driver rates are agreed in a chat - Mohammed helped me in deciding what's a normal rate. We also get packed breakfast during long trips. There is a separate restaurant for late dinners from 10:30pm - this was really helpful for late arrivals. The main soko buffet restaurant has wide variety of meal and dessert options. Each night has a themed dinner. Soko staff Sherif and the playful Mohammed Osama, looked after us very well. Our rooms are cleaned and beds made everyday by the hardworking staff. We even had a swan towel design laid out one day. We enjoyed archery - we are newbies and the staff taught us well. My son had a free 20 minutes tennis coaching - who was excellent. We enjoyed the heated outdoor pool. There are 8 pools! and different relaxing lounges in some. The bartenders come and get you free drinks. We enjoyed cocktails and coffee. None of the staff asked for any tips or money. If you say no to spa or other tours they don't bother you. Evening entertainment, darts, beach tennis, gym, snorkeling through water sports team by beach, shops within resort(overpriced but need to bargain hard) are other facilities we used. Beach also had well laid out beach beds and shelters. The only thing we found lacking was the lack of WiFi in the rooms. There was WiFi in the reception or by the beach/ beach bar only. Also the rooms could do with a socket near the dressing table for the Mrs. There is also an ATM near reception to withdraw Egyptian pound. The limit varies depending on the machine ~ 10000 LE per withdrawal Tip: We purchased eSim to access internet in the room/elsewhere.

Very friendly, good array of high quality food. Good pools. Guests predominantly German, but all are catered for equally. Amazing house reef, very easy diving, ideal for beginners even kids, they will take from 8 years old. Saw octopus, wrays, turtles on multiple dives all in less than 5m and 50m from the entry point. Everywhere very clean. Will definitely be back soon.

The lobby was lovely we were driven to our room door the room was excellent and our balcony was huge.room was cleaned everyday and flower petals left on the bed fresh water everyday.the food was excellent although this is a mainly German hotel which was no problem at all .plenty of burgers pizzas chicken fries wraps at the pool restaurant most of the day and they were delicious.the grounds are extensive with a jog/walk path which is 2.5 km long they are well keep and tidy the pools are huge and very clean and the beach is brilliant although some sort of water shoes are needed. The hotel has its own reef for snorkelling and a dive centre which is great with fantastic staff.I’ve stayed and been diving in Egypt afew times and this was by far the best experience. Just an excellent resort.

Visited for my husband’s 5Oth birthday. We had a lovely room which was more than big enough for the 3 of us. We could see the sea from our terrace. The room was always kept spotless and a nice touch that sometimes we came back to flowers on the bed. A fresh bottle of water was left everyday also. We had a delivery of a cake from the hotel for my husbands birthday. The grounds of the hotel were beautiful and well maintained. The jetty was great for snorkelling off. My husband/daughter also did a snorkelling trip through the dive centre which was very reasonably priced. Plenty of beds on the beach. They also provide you with towels so no need to take your own. Get a red flag if you don’t want to be bothered by sales people. The staff were all friendly. We were given vouchers for 2 Al a carte meals. The fish one was okay ( 2 of us not keen on fish) but the Italian one was fantastic. We didn’t use the pools as preferred to be on the beach but the pool at the halfway bar had a inflatable course on it which seemed pretty well used and was causing lots of fun. Now for the negatives. The Wi-Fi is pretty awful and the food I would say is average. You would be very picky if you couldn’t find anything to eat but we just found it pretty repetitive and probably aimed more at the German clientele. All in all a great holiday.

An amazing, relaxing holiday. The hotel was vast. Lots of activities to do or relax around the pools. Had an amazing young man called 'mohamed ' looking after us and serving us drinks. We stayed mostly around the heated pool as our room was right next to it and could go and use our own toilet. Plenty of sunbeds although as it got busier we did have to get up earlier, around 7am to reserve a sunbed. The food was fine. We never went hungry. Plenty of choice and variety. Lots of drinks, hot and cold. A waiter will fetch your drinks for you. The rooms were really nice and spacious. We were upgraded to a deluxe room without even asking which was great. Rooms got made up every day and a fancy decoration made on the bed. Bed linen changed when you wanted, you have to leave a specific card out for the maid. The wifi was great too. No issues with that at all. Entertainment was great too. Saw various shows at the amphitheatre, went to the discotheque and hung out in the bar. Always something to see or do. It's rather chilly at night. So make sure you bring a light jacket or cardigan. Watch out in the shop onsite. Rather overpriced so be warned. You do get pestered quite a bit for trips etc when you 1st arrive . Just be polite and they eventually leave you alone. Also haggle if you do decide to book something.as they start off very high and over priced. We booked a trip to Luxor through trip advisor. A good price for a very good trip. The beach is nice and lots of sunbeds. The sea is quite shallow and you can walk out quite far. You can go snorkeling at the end of the jetty and see lots of corals and various fish. It's quite amazing! Overall, a great holiday in the sun. I would definitely recommend and I would return here.

Great stay. Enjoy every minute of ower week there. The room was big, clean and looked new, all the ameneties in the complex were very good. The food was also very good and the staff in all the complex was nice and frendly. We made new friends this week like Ahmed Fathy who take care of us really well.

We stood at the Hotel for just 6 days before Eastern. It was our first trip to East Egyp. The hotel was very clean and our room very big and comfortable. The employees were very anticipating and speak minimun three languages. German, englisch an arabic. The food was so good, also the diversity of flavors and the fresh baked bread in the morning and evening was although a highlite. Be careful the fresh pressed orange juice costs you 2€ per glas (to be honest it is very tall) But the highlight of the hotel was the medical care from Dr. Ahmed Adel. He treated me and my son that good and so respectful i never got these type of kindness combined with medical knowledg never ever before. Unbelievable to see that these doctors already exist! Thank you for all you give us! The value is priceless.
