Three level and no lift. Tipped the man to carry bags, but every time you want to go room your hiking and the days get warm. A lot of food to select from. Just not to my personal expectations of taste. The chefs are very nice and I know trying. Maybe if they served less options be better quality. Trying.too hard to cover alot. The picture of the slides is apart of all the motels in the complex so you have to get a 15 minutes bus up and back. It does come reasonably often. Although no mention of that before booking. This was upset us a lot as did not expect the leave every day and come back to use. Oh and they shut all slides down and open again at 2pm. So one of the days we turned up and waited an hour for it to have water again. They say 200m to beach . A full motel inbetween this one and the beach. Had these boats that can use to see the bottom, but no person around to ask if I can hire or just use. Check in Services when you arrive don't tell you about options. Takes asking around to you find out where to get simple things like darts for board, but out in the open no score board to play an actual game orake.for distance on the ground. Pool room has fan not air con. Really you go to this motel and don't go to any other place. It's remote think that's why they include everything as have to. The pool back has a basic list and serve in plastic. To get a nice cocktail go inside bar. The pizza man at motel for lunch does a good job, the pizza man at the water slide does not. The evening entertainment is good that the dancers encourage people to join in. Wifi is horrific. Almost like trying to use a free one in a shopping centre. House cleaning turns of your air con and it takes two hours to cool the room back down. Sheets were clean They give you big bottles to wash and say for the environment but still using plastic straws like we are in the 50's and don't know better. Each day give you a new beach towel. It's clean but definitely has seen a lot better days. Edges fray ECT. Twin beds so close together, we moved out a bedside table to give space, yet their is a big open space for wardrobe as you enter room Poor design When it rains no cover outside area as all are straw or mesh. The tiles/ pavers are so slippery and dangerous. So many workers some sleezy.

What a fantastic hotel arrived very quick check in with welcome drinks . Everything so clean and all staff so welcome from fathma our restaurant waiter to Sam the man who never let us dehydrate our bar waiter .at both bars and all the other guys always a smile and chat and couldn't do enough for you . Our cleaner with his towel art and keeping our room clean . The full hotel was super clean . Entertainment was brilliant the animation team where brill .rock . charlie .Steve .angel and Stephan fantastic team and Ryan head of the team worked so hard and was always getting you in evolved in all there activities I even had a tour of one of most important parts of hotel the kitchens spotless and showed us all the different stations and there ten day plan of menu food was fantastic every day . also the beach food court was fantastic holiday was amazing through the hard work of all at jaz makadi oasis from laundry right through to front desk could go on and on but just perfection

Excellent experience, should be a 7-star hotel. Very comfy, clean rooms. Super excellent buffet experience", very helpful staff, especially Captian El Shazly in the buffet service.

Stayed in April 2024. Enjoyed our stay very much. Thanks a lot to the animation team, especially Jimme! He was our little one best friend, best option if traveling with children. Also enjoyed the kids club and mini disco with variety of activities for children of different ages. Including face paintings, yoga and dance clases! Cleaners are also doing a great job.

Well what can I say? Stunning hotel, fantastic staff, and lovely food. Great selection at lunch as there is the main restaurant, the pool bar and the beach shack. The whole resort is spotless and our room was on the ground floor a few steps from the pool. I want to mention our housekeeper Ali, nothing was too much trouble for him and we looked forward each evening to see what he had made from our towels. This hotel is mainly Germans but for a chilled holiday I highly recommend it. We will be back

Great Service, great stuff, great rooms with small extra room for tea and coffee, very tasty food and beautiful territory, perfect cleaning,wifi on the beach that is 5-7 minutes walk (depends on ur room’s location). I have visited this hotel twice: 2022 and back 2024. As the price and quality were the best for me. Highly recommend it as Jaz is the super quality chain in Egypt. Want to say special thank you to the Service manager mr. Bambino & mr. Mohamed tayaa. The best people in the hotels I have ever met😊 The variety of food during early march period were not very wide though I should emphasize that VERY tasty. Those guests who had a birthday during their stay in this hotel were presented a special birthday cake and a song by stuffs😊 This hotel cares about their guests and reputation! Wish this hotel all the best and keep it going the same way!!

First time in this hotel, not first in Egypt but one of the best hotels we have stayed at. Immaculate hotel and beautiful well kept gardens. Food was excellent in every restaurant. Animation team were outstanding! Very friendly and always put on great shows! Work very hard in hot weather! Special thanks to Tiger, Anna & Joe. And lovely to see the hotel manager, Walter, interact with his customers! Will definitely be back!

Very good overall, food good, heated pool good, slides were decent, good amount, as always in Egypt the staff look after the little one well, kids club was decent, mainly German as primary language, nothing wrong with that, just have to explain English. Note for trips don’t bother with “paradise” island, beach here is as good, snorkelling is good off the beach as is

I've been to this hotel a couple of times i will not be going back most of the staff are very good but there's a couple who are not one of them is called mustafa he's a supervisor at the pool bar he is a bad man he's a bully he's bullying the staff I've seen it he started to stare at me its not good at alot of the staff are good friends
