So many issues—some small, some not so much…I have a list to the front desk of things they needed to address. The thermostat did not work, the room was so hot. The ceiling tile did not fit, the floor tile was loose. The Kleenex looked like it was used and then shoved back in the box. Two tvs, one remote and if both tvs were turned on, one of the pictures didn’t come in, it scrambled the whole time. Not to mention the outside was under construction/remodel and looked shady. We stayed in three different hotels in three nights and this was by far, the worst. The front desk told me there was nothing they could do to compensate us because we booked thru *******, a third party. I will think twice before booking thru them again. So disappointed in hotel services and *******.
