Couldn't fault it. Amazing staff. Great welcome. Room clean, tidy, and spacious. Great value for money. 100% would return again as I have done many times. Breakfast available in the morning as part of your stay which isn't offered in many hotels.

Lovely hotel with great and friendly staff, big fan of the breakfast, I will definitely be coming again, the beds are comfy the shower is perfect. The dinner menus has a good selection of food as well as drink. Mehvish is amazing, such an asset. Coming back next week.

nice warm tidy hotel staff are very welcoming and nice would recommend to anyone 10/10 service and the rooms are tidied any cleaned every day and the drinks at the bar are reasonable price and the car park is very accessible also they have disabled bays

Really friendly and warm welcome. Staff could not be more welcoming and accommodating. The hotel is clean and well appointed. Really convenient and an excellent stop. Would recommend and will be back. Thank you!

Great cheerful friendly staff very happy to help,nice very clean rooms at a great price.cant praise these enough.loads of free parking minute drive to a big retail park with lots of conveniences shops & restaurants.including Tesco's, McDonald's & kfc

My double room was more than adequate and comfortable. Everything was as it should be. I slept well and woke up properly rested. The staff were courteous and friendly. A breath of fresh air in comparison to other well known hotel groups. I'll be back.

Room was good, comfy and quiet. My dinner was good and the chef was very accommodating with plant based options. Breakfast had some issues with items listed on the menu being unavailable or running out early (deliveries didn’t arrive?). I was disappointed not to be able to get any fruit over the three mornings of my stay. There were no mugs by the hot drinks stations - they are on the tables so you have to go and find one, or ask the staff. I very much enjoyed the cooked items and toast - lovely. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. Thank you.
