칼리 홀 호텔(Caley)

Went for a night away and long walks on the beach. Perfect spot with great service and the most amazing hot chocolate! Clean cosy and ideal for a last minute break

The hotel consisted of chalet accomodation plus a large comfortable and inviting lounge, bar and dining room. The chalet took a little time to get used to, but it warmed up quickly and was comfortable on the whole. It was also quiet and i felt able to come and go (with one very late night), without disturbing others, as the chalet was only one storey. I found the shower was a bit dated, but worked well enough when i got used to it. There was plenty of hot water at different times of the day. I only had a main course on one evening and that was fine. I would suggest that the hotel introduces 'fair trade' tea and coffee in the rooms (and elsewhere) and (if possible) environmentally friendly lavatory paper (recycled).

Loved the fact that although allowing animals, a section was set aside in main dining areas for patrons who take animals to dine with them, something I have difficulty coming to terms with.

We’ve always felt comfortable at the Caley. Staff are always friendly and go out of their way to help.

Without doubt, the cleanness and most well-kept hotel we have stayed in. The friendliness and professionalism of the staff was first-class. The meal we had in the restaurant was presented beautifully and it is difficult to say how it could be improved. Overall, a fantastic place to stay.

The Hotel had a high percentage of returning customers, always a good sign. The Hotel also had a high retention of staff which also a good sign and indicative of good management. We will return again!

We stayed overnight as we were attending a concert at Sandringham. The hotel could not have been more organsised, communicative and lovely to deal with. Absolutely super service offering earlier check-ins and rooms with late access without having to ask. They saw issues and planned accordingly. On arrival all staff were very friendly and helpful and breakfast the next morning was fresh and delicious. Again, staff were very friendly and everything was very calm and organised. Would highly recommend and would definitely seek to stay here again in the future!

The Caley Hotel was an excellent choice. We only stayed 1 night but wished we had stayed longer as the whole experience was superb from start to finish. All the staff were welcoming, friendly and attentive. The food in the restsurant was of a high standard, the best sunday roast was amazing and tge breakfast realky good quality. Our accommodaton was very stylish, clean and extremely comfortable. Parking is on site and the hotel is only 10 minute walk to the sandy beach. Perfect location to stay and explore the surrounding area.

Great hotel, friendly and helpful staff, clean seaside style and a delicious breakfast. We would definitely stay again.
