Shijiage Seaview Holiday Apartment (Huizhou Haiyue Changtan)

It is our first time traveling and visiting Huizhou. We really would like to stay in a sea-view room. and this apartment is the cheapest and budget-friendly one that offers the sea view that we are looking for. The room, it's bigger than what we expected, and the balcony is superb with an ocean view. The room is clean and the staff cleans the room every day and changes the towels and brings toiletries every day. There's wifi access in the room. The room has an electric kettle for coffee which is nice. There are barbeque and seafood restaurants around, and it's accessible to taxis and didi. The down part of our stay is the shoreline was restricted because it was under construction at that time, there's a designated part of the beach where you can stay and enjoy the water that is more than one km. from the apartment. The building itself and the community is quiet. Our whole stay is very relaxing and comfortable. The manager of the apartment is very accommodating and can talk and understand English. We highly recommend this hotel apartment. They are foreigner friendly stay.

位置非常好，可以完整的看到整個海面，衞生也比較好，整體來説很不錯，就是床有點不結實，其他都很滿意，值得推薦！

非常不錯，老闆人也很好，特意選了有廚房的，自己加工海鮮，附近有海鮮市場，方便，環境很好，早上起來拉開窗簾就能看到海！

還可以就是位置有點難找，附近吃的有點少，其他還可以，風景不錯

首先，因為我們晚上出發，凌晨才到，所以我提前聯繫了客服。客服的態度是很好的，也一步步指導我們自助入住與拿房卡。拿到房卡後我們去吃宵夜了，期間客服微信我問有什麼問題。我還沒看到房間就沒回了，結果吃完東西回去一看，房間如圖，我衹能説500多一晚逗我嗎？大門門框是爛的，沙發一大塊污跡，廚房和廁所的衞生情況就更糟糕了。電燈開關也是爛的，好傢伙？當晚我們都沒有睡。因為夜深了客服答應第二天給我們換房。第二天在4棟的房間跟客服朋友圈的視頻一樣，衞生和設施看起來正常多了。但是，大門的電子鎖是廢的，用的鑰匙開。全屋衹有廁所和主卧的門能上鎖，其他都是擺設，包括大門，內側是鎖不了的。麻將桌上有擦不掉的污跡。有個卧室門口在陽台，牆壁是板，明顯是次卧一分為二，而且牆壁也有剝落。客服説所有三房的户型都是這樣的。Fine,但起碼維護好吧。廚房外的內陽台防盜網有被撐開過的痕跡，配合無鎖，恭喜發財，又是個睡不着的夜。倖存的2星是給陽台view的，兩個房間都對着海，4棟正對東方，看日出不錯。
