Sehr altes Hotel. Kein guter Service. Hotel Ausstattung warscheinlich von 1960. Überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen. Adams Familie Hotel lässt grüßen.

I never had such a experience with such a unfriendly service and such a bad room. I travel since 3 years around the world I was in different country’s flying in the last years over 10 times And I can tell by far this hotel gonna die soon Get a better service who atlesst enjoying there work and put a smile on there faces I would never recommend anyone this hotel Stay far away from it if u have any ideas of having a good time there. The hotel was fine considering the price. It needs some more updating and definitely needs some updating and cleaning of the exterior. Has the potential to be a great hotel.

Should update/clean outside of building and grounds. Otherwise, very good.

Clean, comfy bed, breakfast okay. Facility old, in need of renovation. Staff effecient, not engaging, english okay. Close to train station, overal it met our needs, and a couple of staff (Marie and Michal with pony tail) made extra efforts to help.

Upon arrival I found myself a new neighbour, a white, four legged one with a tail. The hotel was nice to provide me with another room on another floor. The rooms were very hot without ait conditioning. My keycard had multiple problems throughout the stay however the staff did their best to fix it. The cleaner also did not clean my room but this might have been due to the language barrier as cleaning staff did not understand any english.

No airconditioning, no wifi in room, still restaurantadvertising but no restaurant, dirty small bathroom. Worst hotel I've ever visited, wouldn't reccomend! There is a tripadvisor sticker on the main doors, I advise to ask them to take it off. Maybe it was ok in the 90's, but nothing has changed ever since.

This hotel has no Wi-Fi in the rooms. In my 2 days I had no Wi-Fi. I reported it to Adam Jedlicka who is the most depressed, miserable and unhelpful person you will ever see. He lied that provider has a problem and it would be sorted. It didn’t get sorted. Next day he lied again saying Wi-Fi is available but it wasn’t. Reception doesn’t answer the phone. A new lady on Night shift asked mechanic to do something and Wi-Fi still wasn’t available in the room. It was only available in the lobby. I was told by Adam Jedlicka, the receptionist to sit in the lobby to get Wi-Fi.

The Hotel is clean and warm.lots of facilities including wellness area with Sauna and for tye ladies make up and manicurist
