아파르타멘토스 스파 빌라 파시에가(Apartamentos Spa Villa Pasiega)

The appartment has a stunning view of the fields. It's very quiet and clean. The large king size bed is super comfortable. ensuite jacuzzi is wonderful. However it's completely isolated from the main hotel so we need to go outdoor for breakfast, restaurant and check out. It's a bit of huzzle because it rained heavily when we checked out. It's hard to manage all luggage, bin bag and umbrella at the same time. Although the appartment room rate is much higher than Hotel Spa Villa, we had less service and amenities. For example, housekeeping was not included so we need to throw our bin bag to the collection point outdoor by ourselves. Hence the Thermal pools are much smaller than Spa villa and was more crowed than a public pool especially during weekend when there were many families and kids. All kids liked to use the adult pools rather than their kid's pool! Not value for money. We requested pack breakfast at 7am on the check out day because we had early flight. One of the staff refused and said they had to follow the restaurant time table which are 8-11am. We asked another lady, Rachel, the next day and she was very kind and helpful, she communicated with the cafe and arranged pack breakfast with egg, coffee, water and fruits for us at 7am. Rachel is wonderful and the hotel need more staff like her who offered the best customer service.

We stayed at this property 2 years ago and really liked it. Very clean apartment. We had two comfortable bedrooms. The kitchen was well equipped though I wish the refrigerator was full size as the apartment is meant for a family. It was nice to have a washing machine. We were able to wash our clothes. There is a nice spa with jacuzzi tubs and a pool with various water features. We did not go to the hotel restaurant though it was busy every day which means it is probably pretty good. There is nice grocery store Lupa within 5 minute walk. Everything you need can be purchased there. We would definitely recommend it for couples of families with kids.

Habitaciones grandes con todo lo necesario . Entorno muy bonito y tranquilo. El spa ideal para niños nuestro hijo lo disfruto mucho , nos estaba masificado aunque en horario de tarde había más afluencia de gente. En mi opinión es una buena elección en general

Falta algo de mantenimiento, por ejemplo en la habitación del apartamento faltaba un colgador para albornoces que se ve que se había roto. El agua caliente de la ducha a veces no llegaba. En el spa de los apartamentos no funcionaba el chorro grande, y se veían arreglos a medias. Por lo demás bien, es la tercera vez que vamos, un sitio familiar, aunque el spa del hotel está bastante mejor, es una pena no poder hacer uso de él si te alojas en los apartamentos. Por lo demás muy bien. Se descansa, no se oyen ruidos, ubicación ideal para moverte por la costa.

Excelentes apartamentos para ir en familia. Tienen Spa para los propios apartamentos con un horario amplio (de 8 a 22 horas) en el que pueden acceder los niños sin restricción ya que tienen una zona infantil. Por otro lado, se pueden utilizar algunas instalaciones del hotel que se encuentra a 20 metros como cafetería, buffet y gimnasio. En cuanto a la ubicación, es excelente, a un paso de la A-8 que permite moverse por Cantabria de forma rápida.

Por tercer año, repetimos en Villa Pasiega, esta vez en apartamento de 2 dormitorios, amplio, cómodo, con cocina equipada, limpio y con jacuzzi en el baño. Las camas son grandes y cómodas. En cuanto al spa, aunque ha tenido días mejores y no le vendría mal una actualización, es sinónimo de relax y diversión, y me parece genial que se permita disfrutar de esta experiencia con los niños pequeños. La relación calidad precio es de 10.

Maravilloso hotel con jacuzzi en la terraza . Muy limpio todo , los empleados muy amables y atentos ( cafetería , recepción...). Cene y he desayunado muy bien. Muy tranquilo y silencioso , super agusto , todo genial . Sin duda volveré !!!

He Estado varias veces, en los apartamentos y muy bien, pero esta última vez me he sentido engañado, porque más que un apartamento parecía un estudio, la cama, sala y cocina todo junto sin pared de separación menos mál que el baño si estaba cerrado, las otras veces que he Estado la habitación y el baño cada uno por su lado, separado por su puerta y pared, eso si por lo demás todo muy bien y muy limpio y en recepción también muy amables, no creo que vuelva
