I'd visited the place in late January 2024 to attend a marriage ceremony of my relative. I had booked room through online EaseMyTrip and paid for 2 nights. When I arrived there in the evening reception staff refused to give me room against the booking confirmation of EaseMyTrip and charged me again for same 2 night booking. Service is very bad and staffs are not welcoming and lack of professionalism in dealing with guests. They will give you rooms in a building which looks like an abandoned property. Lift is very old and room are pathetic. This is the worst place I have ever seen. Damp room, dirtiest pillow and bed, chair , table. There is literally no maintenance. I had a horrible experience with the property and people. It is my feeling staffs including one of high official who is involved in selling room are involved in corruptions and stealing money. Property owner / management should look into the matter. Please keep out of this horror place and fraud people and never book room through online.

Very bad service. No dedicated staff and bad coordination. Not recommended at all. Food was ok. Room was very far from the restaurant. Overall experience is not good. Service charges 500/- extra for cocktails per bottle where actually no service has been provided not even they have served ice. After asking for many times few potato chips have been given. After that Soft drinks also not available. Very bad experience.

Terrible condition of the property. Walls are dampened and peeling off. Property stinks. Tv is outdated. Stained bed sheet. Broken tiles on floor. Unprofessional employees. Phone in the room not working. Torn sofa. Torn filthy blankets. Not suitable to stay even for 2 hours.

It was a horrible as we didn't even stay for 4 hours also. This is not good for any family to book and stay at this property. We have not stay at this property. Arrange refund. You should not any bookings this property. Service was very horrible ordered tea and waited for 2 hours but tea was not delivered.

Maintenance needs to be revamped. Food availability 24×7 may be restored.Facilities of room to be upgraded. People around there are cooperative. Thanks LLCB

No clean and neat even there’s no no a hanger to hang dress no wifi washroom full of dirty and collapsed pillow and sofa was with dirty and bad smell swimming pool not useableno hospitality.

No amenities as described, they allow us to use. Very poor condition of the apartment. Very poor condition of the pool area. Feels like staying in the old ruins. The manager forced charged us extra for taking pictures inside the club

Location was good, but the hotel wasn't well maintained. Room service was not good. Plumbing was also not good

Only the restaurant is good. . Rest everything is bad. Need many works to be done. All damp walls.
