My stay was very nice. Everyone was pleasant and very helpful.

We had a very nice stay. Two rooms-a king and a standard double queen. The only issue was that the king room had a malfunctioning air conditioning system. The hotel offered to move us to another room, but it would have been for the second of our two nights and on a different floor from the other rented room, so we declined. The hotel did bring up a box fan. I heard no complaints from those who had breakfast. I would stay at this hotel again.

I came to Houston to celebrate my nephew’s birthday. We got a room at this location once I checked in I went to my room and open the door. It was a dirty room so it never got clean so I had to call downstairs so they can check me into a different room. Then the next morning I get ready to run water for my daughter in the bathtub to see that the water is tinted With Pee. I took pictures and call front desk. I asked if there’s anyway they can compensate me for all these inconveniences and they simply told me they can only extend my check out by an hour with that being said I am not staying here anymore. The rooms is not good they’re dirty And management does not do anything when there’s a problem or issue with the room .

The continental breakfast was very bad. If the property does not have milk then why pit cereal out. The staff was friendly, but the key cards were not working and the staff did not know when the cards would be working.

The entry card programming machine was not working so we could not get a key to the room AND THE AC IN THE ROOM IS NOT WORKING. We reported this to front desk staff and they said they couldn’t do anything but give us a fan. A FAN! Another room with working ac was not an option. It is so hot, we are in Texas. We did not have any towels in our room. The Front desk staff was very rude when we asked for towels. We didn’t want extra, we just wanted what was supposed to be in the room. Horrible experience and service. Visually this is a Nice hotel, however everything else was terrible!

The place was fine, the problem was that their fob key machine wasn’t working so we had to rely on they lobby staff to open our hotel room. We are a family of four so that became ver cumbersome.

Check in was quick and simple. The hot breakfast selection was decent. The gym and pool areas were clean. They were low on towels but overall, our stay was great.

Very cute hotel. Staff was nice. I booked a double bed plus soft bed and I was given king/sofa. They could not accommodate the extra bed. Plug in my bathroom did not work, and some of the usb plugs next to the bed were pushed into the plate so we could not use. No milk for cereal at 9 when I went down for breakfast, but otherwise okay selection. Comfy bedding and clean. Lots of stores and restaurants close by.
