It had roaches

The worst experience I have had in many years in a hotel, this is the most disgusting I have visited, and the price has nothing to do with it I have been in hotels of 50 dollars and I have had very good experiences. But this is the worst the super hot rooms the photos they put on the web are not the real ones the elevator has no light, there is garbage everywhere, it has no carpet the rooms there is no microwey or refrigerator, please do not stay in that place

The lady in the front desk is the nicest I had ever met, fir real. However, the place lacks of hygiene and basic cleaning in its public areas. There aren't such amenities as posted in the pictures, the pool is a swamp, lacks if lights in the elevator and parking lot, the main entrance is falling apart, you have to walk around into an unsafe dirty alley to get in. Is something between a crack house and zombie apocalypse. Such a waste of money in relation to quality. Try something else.

First off the elevator goes completely dark when your going up... the hallways are dirty.... trash is every where..... the room looks like hospital bed and room..... my TV didn't work.... just a bad experience.... but it's in a great area such a weird place....

Es sucio, hay presencia de pandillas, mientras estuve ahí hubo una balacera. No existe atención al cliente, el staff no tiene idea de qué sea eso, y no hay personal de limpieza. Si crees que el servicio al cliente no es tan importante, reconsidéralo, porque es un lugar en el que algo va a salir mal y no habrá nadie para apoyarte. NADIE.

Esto no se puede llamar hotel. Es un hoyo de personas sin hogar. Todo es asqueroso. Cuando llegué a mi habitación, había restos de vidrios rotos y de comida tirada en el piso. Las toallas viejas y pequeñas de la peor calidad. Me dio asco meterme a la cama. En los tres días de mi estancia nunca hicieron el aseo, al preguntarle a la señora de la limpieza, me dijo que la limpieza únicamente se hace cuando un huésped se va. Lo dijo de manera cínica y sin preocupación. Las Personas fuman en todos lados, incluso en el elevador y en algún momento, un borracho orinó dentro del elevador. No comentan mi mismo error. Nunca se hospeden aquí.
