The rooms they give us on the first night were not cleaned. The mattress is a mess and dirty towels are on the bathroom floor. I requested for a different room and gave us a broken door/lock. Went twice to the front desk to change the key and finally asked him to come with us and give me to show that the door won’t open. We were transferred to another room and it was worst. The beds were not done and all the pillows were on the floor. So we asked the front desk to check the rooms first before transferring us to another one since we have all our luggages with us while he was transferring us to the other two different rooms. Until finally he found a room that was ready for use. Also, the food was not great compared to comfort suites. They only have a few selections for breakfast and doesn’t taste good either. Will not book here anymore. We deserved a refund and transferred but that wasn’t possible for them that made us stay. Good thing only for one more night. But will never again book here. Regardless of their reason with the change of management, expect the worst here.

The floor in Room 312 felt very unstable. There were several very weak sinking spots around the bed near the a/c unit. The hotel was clean but missing some of the usual bathroom amenities ie soap, cups, ice bucket, additional blanket and the parking security personnel never arrived.

During my 3 day stay, the room never got cleaned even after I requested housekeeping to be done. The pool water had some chemicals in it that I’m not familiar with, which caused coughing. The images look much nicer than reality, the hotel overall is very outdated.

Pool was cold (28 degrees outside). TV’s did not work. They offered to change my room. I checked out the room first and Tv’s did not work there either. Glad I checked it out first before moving all my stuff. No bar soap in the bathroom. Had to bathe with shampoo. I will not book there again.

I had taken my granddaughter and her friend for her 16th bday, our stay was horrible!! Start off first they gave us the wrong room I requested room on the top floor they gave us a room on the bottom floor, second I asked for a room with the view they give us a room with the tree on the back side of hotel. I had gotten a room with the king size bed and a sofa bed the sofa bed sheet had not been changed look like it had blood or something on it. Then to top it off the toilet overflowed, backed up, water all over the floor they did bring us towels they also brought us a mop bucket said clean it!!! They didn't offer to comp our nite or give us a refund! Would have been better if they would have just apologized or even offered some kind of option.

Terrible. They never cleaned the room and there is no housekeeping in the afternoon. The toilet clogged and nobody came they left a plunger and towels at the door.

The smoke alarm went off twice in our room at 3am and 4am on our first night and woke our room up. The toilet stopped up on our second night but there was no maintenance to help so I was provided a plunger to resolve myself. Those 2 incidents impacted how we felt about our stay. Everything else was ok.

We checked in and were given a room with wet carpet. The carpet had just been shampooed and had not had a chance to dry. I requested a room change and so they moved me from the first floor to the second floor to a room that also had wet carpet. I went back to the manager and requested another room change. He told me that it would be dry in 30 minutes and I told him I would like a room that had dry carpet now, not in 30 minutes. They accommodated me and I finally got settled in. It’s good to know that they shampoo the carpet regularly, but I was a little offended that they just expected me to slosh around my room on wet carpet. It soaked right through my socks when I took off my shoes so there was no way I could make that work!

Despite the recent bad reviews, I had no complaints with my stay at this hotel. The key to my room stopped working after the first night, but the staff reprogrammed it and we were on our way. The room was clean and pleasant. The only two small nitpicks I would have is that the breakfast options are slightly limited and the lobby smells like a swimming pool. Considering the pool is near the lobby, this isn’t something that is largely in their control. Overall, it was a pleasant experience!
