Emerald Isle Resort

This property is clean and well kept for the age of the units. 2 bedroom condo was spacious and more than comfortable for our party. Building 6 had was right on the water with views that don't disappoint. The property has many amenities that were nice to have available and were taken advantage of by many guests. Guest services were excellent. While the units are a little difficult to find even though they are right off a main road it was safely tucked back off the road behind a gate. While right off a main road the units were very quite. Property has balconies to watch the sunrise or set over the lake. Overall this was a 10 out of 10 stay for us.

This is a beautiful resort, just need to get new furniture and put a walk in shower. the view was beautiful and the location was good

Bathroom could use an update. Jets in tub didn't work. Carpet in mater bedroom by bathroom is starting to unravel other then that condo was fine

Pro- location, safety and unit layout. When maintenance called they were courteous and responsive Con...worn carpet...marginally functional appliances, everything very dated. 2nd Bedroom had no TV and no fan. The 2 TVs in the unit were very dated. I had no access code when I got there, and no one answered the office phone, even though it was during their work hours (another person who was renting there opened it for me). I was charged $110 cleaning fee -- which they said they charge if it is less than a week stay (we stayed 5 days)

Weekend trip with daughter. Great location. Nice view from unit and from the pool area. Unfortunately the oven did not work, and had gone to store for groceries planing to use a few times during our stay. Decor, appliances, and beds could use updating.

furniture and appliances are antiquated and in poor condition. Water pressure major issue so we left 1.5 days early due to not being able to shower, wash clothes or dishes. Stairway treacherous due to lack of lighting. Instead of replacing or fixing spa in bedroom they just turned it off.

Although we stayed during off season when the water is lower than preferred, the place itself was wonderful, I cannot say enough about how friendly and helpful the staff are!! If we ever came back to Hot Springs again, we would definitely stay at Emerald Isle Resort.

Great place to stay. very clean and well equipped. the only issue was that the spa tub was able to have a bath, but the jets didn't work. I would definitely come back to this resort as it was very comfortable

Good location on lake. Minutes from town. Apartment style complex. Under new management. Partial week cleaning charge $115 vs published $100. Gated complex so make sure you have gate code prior to arrival.
