올림픽 인 & 스위츠(Olympic Inn & Suites)

酒店在阿伯丁小鎮主幹道，很容易找。類似汽車旅館，900一晚的價格不算便宜，好在免費停車，對自駕的我們來説也就是隨便一個落腳點而已…本來第一印象還可以，至少看上去還算乾淨，沒想到房間洗臉盆下水堵住，水完全下不去…於是問前台借了個泵來通…沒想到噩夢開始，弄了幾下水非但沒下去，反而越來越多，而且是極其臟的發黑的水，令人作嘔到想吐…🤮 最後衹能換房間…酒店也沒任何歉意…

I had to wait more than 15 minutes for someone to come check me in even though I arrived at 5:30. But it's very inexpensive and the rooms fine.

While the room is spacious and decent for the price, the horrible customer service was what ruined the stay for us. We arrived for check-in before posted closing hours and it took 20 mins to get someone to come to the door for check-in by ringing the doorbell and calling the desk repeatedly. When he did come, he was burping and yawning loudly, speaking incoherently, and he tried giving us the wrong room. When I corrected him on the room type, he grumbled even louder. The check-in process took much longer than expected due to his erratic behavior. On the second night we came back to find that we were unable to get into our room because somehow the inner security lock got flipped out preventing the door from opening. This time I was not willing to wait 20 minutes, so I continuously rang the doorbell at the front office (during posted open hours) until he came to open it, which still took 10 solid minutes. I have to return to the area once a month for the next several months and I was hoping to stay here again, but I’ll be making a reservation at another property due to the customer service here.

The door had a big crack underneath it, so cold air and noise from outside easily came in. Shower wasn’t so great. It kept switching from really hot to really cold on its own. Room kinda smelled like cigarettes.

I called to say I would be checking in late they said they didn’t have my reservation. The first two attempts to call were disconnected. I verified that I did have one. I asked if I could just get a room and I’d sort out the details later. They said they had one but not for two hours. Then I arrived 2 hours later - nobody was there or answering the phone. I called the posted number for after hour check in several times. First was a hangup. Next then he said he couldn’t check me in. We left and went to the travelodge instead of this dump. There were maybe 4 cars in the lot so I suspect we made a lucky escape.

the manager is a rude condescending piece of work. I will never stay at this place again there are plenty of other hotels in the area that would appreciate our business.

We could check in for 15 minutes while the desk clerk got there, and there was a lot of yelling around the area at night.

Good place to stay, spacious with many amenities, clean and good service with good value for money.

The room was well maintained except the curtains had quite a few holes in them. But the rest of room was clean and well maintained
