Comfort Suites

This hotel was amazing! The food for breakfast is so so good. The staff is truly phenomenal and so so friendly.

Our room was large, if somewhat basic; staff were very friendly and helpful; and the cooked breakfast was excellent. Consistent indications of a good hotel! Some other aspects were disappointing. Routine maintenance appears to have been neglected, e.g., some burned out lights and a sticking door lock. In-room TV appears to be over-the-air stations with no instructions or a channel guide in the room. The second floor is undergoing renovation. This means that during the workday, the only elevator is being used by workers to transport supplies and debris, as well as by guests; and that construction materials are being stored in some of the parking spaces. At least this is happening during the off-season! This should be a good hotel when it is back to normal operations.

Room was very clean and nice size. Pillows were very comfortable but the bed was a little bit firm for us. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was good. We would stay again.

This property was brand new or at least recently renovated. Everything was crisp and had that new room smell. Staff was extremely welcoming and the halls were quiet.

My husband and I were shocked by the sheer size of our room! It was bigger than any hotel room we’ve ever had. It was clean, and the bed was comfy. The staff were extremely welcoming and kind. The only issues we had was the renovation the hotel was doing caused it to be noisy at times, and the heater was hit or miss. During the day, we had to turn it up to keep the room warm, but at night, it would get too hot. It was challenging to find a comfortable temperature, and I did have some difficulty sleeping for this reason. Despite these issues, we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is in a good area with plenty of places around to eat and shop. Overall, I would recommend this property.

Their hot tub and swimming pool are awesome! Excellent breakfast! Rooms have great air conditioners, beds, and showers! The WiFi is fast! Everything is top notch!

The staff at this location has always been awesome (we have stayed here before). The music they play, the free cookies, all is great! The breakfast is hot and good and plentiful! Parking seemed secure and safe. There were a couple of minor issues that weren't too much a concern during our stay. We just mentioned them when we checked out and the staff was very gratious in apologizing and attending to the matters. Would definitely recommend staying here...we will again!

Everything was excellent about our stay. The room was large, comfortable, and clean. The breakfast bar was superb. The staff was personable. The facility had ample common areas to use. The location is excellent.

Oh My Gosh were those beds comfortable! Our first time at Comfort Suites in Granbury and it will be the only place we stay now. We go several times a year and have always stayed across the street at La Q and once on the other side of the lake at HI I believe but it's this place from here on. The place was immaculate, no more carpet but vinyl plank flooring in the rooms (and so new there wasn't a tissue holder in the bathroom yet, just a roll sitting on a shelf right next to the commode. But the beds, wow. Fluffy but with total support almost like a giant pillow of feathers but firmer. We did both need to "jump" up to get in bed and he's 6'4" and we giggled about that. They're a bit tall. Loved the place and staff was super friendly and sweet.
