위치는 삼수이포역에서 도보로 약 10분 정도입니다. 지하철이나 버스를 이용해서 이동할 예정이라 위치가 크게 중요하지 않고, 숙소는 가성비를 가장 중요하게 생각하시는 분이라면 고려해볼 수 있을 것 같습니다.
저는 3박 이용했는데, 숙박 중 객실 청소는 한 번도 없었고 비품 보충도 되지 않았습니다. 수건도 첫날 제공받은 것을 계속 사용해야 했고, 추가 수건을 요청했지만 제공받지 못했습니다. 청소 관련해서 문의했을 때는 일정 숙박일수 이상이어야 한 번 청소를 해준다는 식으로 안내받았습니다.
화장실도 정말 좁은 편이고, 무엇보다 배수가 너무 안 됐습니다. 배수구에 망이 씌워져 있었는데 물이 거의 내려가지 않을 정도라 결국 2박째쯤 제가 직접 배수구를 정리해서 사용했습니다.
잠만 자는 용도로 저렴한 숙소를 찾는다면 괜찮을 수도 있지만, 개인적으로는 숙박하면서 불편한 점이 많았습니다.
조금만 예산을 더 보태서 맨션 형태의 숙소보다는 제대로 된 호텔을 이용하는 것을 추천합니다.
The property is about a 10-minute walk from Sham Shui Po Station. If location is not a major concern for you because you plan to use the MTR or buses, and your main priority is finding an affordable place to stay, this may be an option to consider.
I stayed for 3 nights, but there was no room cleaning at all during my stay, and none of the amenities were replenished. I also had to keep using the towels provided on the first day. I asked for additional towels, but they were not provided. When I asked about housekeeping, I was told that cleaning is only provided after staying a certain number of nights.
The bathroom is also extremely small, and the drainage was particularly bad. There was a mesh cover over the drain, and the water drained so slowly that I eventually had to clean and sort out the drain myself around the second night just to use the bathroom properly.
If you are simply looking for a cheap place to sleep, it might be acceptable. However, I personally found the stay quite inconvenient.
I would recommend spending a little more and booking an actual hotel rather than this type of mansion/guesthouse accommodation.
