We live in this condo six (6) months out of the year so it goes without question that we request you please treat our home with care. Linen fee covers the cost of all linens and cleaning. We only use sheets and towels that are soft and comfortable.DATES....Weekly rentals start at 3pm on Saturday and check-out is the following Saturday no later than 10 am. Monthly rentals are available September through March. The Marshwalk has amazing restaurants, live bands, rental boats and fishing charters!PET INFORMATION....No furry friends, please. We absolutely love animals, but unfortunately the house is not equipped to handle furry guests. This policy is in place to accommodate all of our friends (guests) who may have pet allergies. We thank you for understanding, completely, this strict policy.*** Important child safety information: We are not 100% baby proofed but we do allow children and babies. We provide a great source to rent a baby gate and pack-n-play if you choose to not bring your own.SECURITY....We have one outdoor security camera in place outside year round.HOPEFULLY, THIS IS NOT A FOGGY DETAIL... Smoking / vaping is 100% "not" permitted inside the condo or within 75 feet of the building.
