The studio is only 3 miles from downtown & the pool is literally outside your doorstep. You will be booking this unit for the location and, if in the summer, the pool. → Please note before booking – while we have our quiet hours of 10 pm to 8 am, there is potential for noise as the complex is located in an urban area and you will have tenants above and beside you. We provide a sound machine for the unit but please be aware of this detail to make sure this condo is the right fit for you! → As soon as you step foot in Nashville, you'll notice that the skyline is peppered with cranes and other signs of the booming construction that is happening. Because of the construction, at times there are limited sidewalks to use. Please be conscious of your surroundings exploring town. → Check-in is at 4 pm // Check out is at 11 am. If you're looking to check in early or check out late, we suggest booking the night before or after your arrival. Otherwise, to be considerate to other guests, we cannot guarantee that early check-in or late check-out request will be accommodated.
