There’s a designated area for grilling.• Guests are expected to take care of all the fixtures and decorations found inside our unit.• Turn off the aircondition unit & other electrical appliances before leaving the apartment or when not in use.• Do not hang anything on balcony to avoid fine by the admin.• Dispose your garbage properly. Every floor has a garbage chute to throw in your garbage.• Do not place your garbage in the hallways & balcony.• Do not flush tissues/ napkins into the toilet bowl.• Lost or Damage Keys will be charge P2000.• Please don’t forget to lock the door when going out. We are not responsible or liable to any loss.• Guests shall be responsible for personal injuries, accidents or damage/loss to guests personal belongings sustained in the unit or within the building premises.• Hold-out deposit.
