In the district of Rezzonico 150 m from the centre of San Siro (Rezzonico), 40 km from the centre of Como, 33 km from the centre of Lugano, in a sunny position, traffic calmed area, 5 m from the lake, direct access to the lagoon. Motor access to 100 m from the house. 100 m stepped path to the house. Public parking 100 m. Shop 150 m, supermarket 7 km, restaurant 50 m, bus stop "C10 Como-Menaggio-Colico" 200 m, railway station "Como" 40 km, ferry "Menaggio" 7 km, pebble beach "Rezzonico" 200 m (small), rocky beach "Rezzonico", grass beach "San Siro" 1 km, outdoor swimming pool 7 km. Marina 50 m, golf course (18 hole) 10 km, surf school 2.5 km, sailing school 2.5 km, minigolf 7 km. Nearby attractions: Castello Rezzonico, Palazzo Gallio-Gravedona, Villa Balbianello-Lenno, Villa Carlotta-Tremezzo, Menaggio, Bellagio. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Mezzola, Lago di Lugano. Hiking paths: Monte Grona - Rifugio Menaggio, Sasso di Musso- Chiesa Santa Eufemia. Please note: car recommended. The owner lives in the same residence. 4-room maisonette 200 m2 on 2 levels on 2nd floor. Gas heating. Heating available only from 15.10. to 30.04. Parquet floors, natural stone floors. Marvellous view of the lake and the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only, no parking.
