Cosy, historical 3-family house from the 17th century. In the centre of Schwalenberg, traffic calmed area, 300 m from the edge of the forest, 7 km from the lake, 20 m from the stream. In the house: storage room for bicycles, central heating system. Public parking on the road. Shop 6 km, grocery 400 m, supermarket 6 km, restaurant 20 m, bakery, café 100 m, bus stop 400 m, railway station "Schieder" 7 km, outdoor swimming pool 6 km. Walking paths from the house 200 m. Nearby attractions: Externsteine 25 km, Hermannsdenkmal 26 km, Welterbe Corvey 28 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: SchiederSee (Stausee) 7 km. Please note: car recommended. "Born 1", 3-room apartment 110 m2, on the ground floor. Tasteful furnishings: living room 19 m2 with satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. 1 room 16 m2 with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room 12 m2 with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchen 15 m2 (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Bath/WC, shower, sep. WC, Sauna. Small terrace 6 m2. Terrace furniture. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Blu-ray player. Please note: fridge without freezer, non-smokers only. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm. The sauna is an infrared heating cabin.
