ShuggaBreeze is a private and spacious 5-bedroom, 4 full bath home located on Great Guana Cay. This fully renovated home overlooks the Sea of Abaco and Fisher’s Bay offering stunning panoramic views. This exclusive property includes “ShuggaBeach”, a sister property located directly on the Atlantic Ocean with beach access to Guana’s sugar sand beach and Bahamian turquois water, giving guests the BEST of both worlds!There’s plenty of space for everyone to unwind. The open living area on the main floor includes a fully equipped kitchen, large dining table and comfortable seating for relaxing after a day on the water. The covered ocean view deck is a great place to catch the perfect sunset or relax in the enclosed porch no matter what the weather brings. Upper-level bedrooms include 1 king suite with en-suite bathroom, 1 queen suite with en-suite bathroom, and a double twin room with hallway bathroom. The lower level includes 1 queen room and a double twin room (twins can convert to a king) with a shared hall bathroom. Laundry is available on the main level as well. ShuggaBreeze includes a huge private deep water dock allowing dockage with 5-foot draw at low tide. Hang out in the “Grotto” for an afternoon drink or watch the kids snorkel. A spectacular snorkeling spot can be found right at the dock with stairs leading directly into the water. Rinse off in the private outdoor shower right there on the dock. Dock is equipped with lights, ladders, tie up pilings, fish cleaning station, and 15/30/50 AMP power and fresh water on the pole. (lifts are not available). Access to the sister property, ShuggaBeach, located directly across the road, is included to enjoy the sugar sand beach and turquois waters of the Bahamas. ShuggaBeach is a private oceanside deck offering lounge chairs, umbrellas and relaxation. This beachside veranda is a perfect venue for an intimate coastal wedding. ShuggaBreeze is a short golf cart ride away from the ferry dock, grocery store, liquor store and local restaurants including Grabbers, Kidd's Cove and Nippers, Orchid Bay Yacht Club, and Baker's Bay Golf and Ocean Club. Coco Di Mama is a lovely 3 bedroom 3 bathroom home nestled within a natural 1.1 acre enclave. From the beautifully landscaped grounds shaded by mature native trees and garden pergola, to the clean modern interiors, the quality and attention to detail of this property becomes apparent. Two bedrooms with en-suite baths flank the open plan living area, kitchen, and dining area, and each room has large windows and doors that open onto the porch and the Sea of Abaco views. The third bedroom and bath is accessed separately below the main entry, offering an additional level of privacy for those guests. This bedroom location is a little funky. It is accessed underneath the main house stairs. It is completely separate.Paved walkways, and lush green lawns lined with native coral stone connect the lower level laundry to the outdoor garden areas and lead down to the 80 foot “L” shaped dock. With 6 feet of water depth at low tide, the dock offers space for a boat to tie up. It is recommended that you contact Orchid Bay Marina for a protected slip for larger boats in case it gets windy (It is often windy, ha!). The seas get bumpy if the winds come from the South or West. Boat Lift is not included in the rental. Our insurance will not allow us to rent out the lift. Please plan accordingly.
