The property has great views of the mountains and views of Jounama Dam from the rear deck.The property backs onto Park land and has rear access for boats or other vehicles.Kosciuszko Lodge is only a few minutes walk from any of Talbingo's amenities including, children's playground, park, sporting oval, Country Club, golf course, tennis courts, Talbingo Lodge Restaurant, supermarket and service station.
