My advise on this location: stay away from it! It was not a clean room, the floor was sticky and the overall room was filthy! The toilet was not even bolted to the floor! Stay away.

The room had a half-used bar of soap and used shampoo in the shower area. There was a used cup on the dresser. The whole room smelled like mildew/smoke. The check in area was very uncomfortable with random people coming in (that were not guests there) bothering us. All around terrible experience.

The staff was super amazing. We were in the lobby talking to 3 people after checking in talking about life and the people all around the u.s. people were great and everything was up to par. Would stay here again in a pinch If I had to day close by.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! I decided to stay here because I thought they had a complimentary shuttle. I even called before I booked to see how the shuttle service worked. The clerk explained for the Airport shuttle to just call when you arrived and also gave me some inaccurate information about the Cruise Port shuttle. When I got to FLL, I called the hotel to get picked up. It rang and rang and rang before it went to a non working VM. After 45 minutes, I caught a cab that cost me. When I got to the hotel, I told the desk about my frustration. She said there was something wrong with the phone, yet as I was checking in, I called again and it started ringing, but the clerk wouldn't answer it. As to the shuttle to the Cruise Port, they use a third party that costs. So my (complimentary) transportation cost me plus the room fee for a hotel room that should have cost far less.

The room had a terrible smell upon entering, the bathrooms are outdated and the sheets on the bed were dirty!

The staff was friendly. the hotel was dirty. You couldn’t walk barefoot. It needs renovation. The sheet and cover had holes, towels smell horrible.

Shower was ice cold made a complaint but nothing was done. Wifi is disconnecting and service was mediocre. Bathroom was rundown. It was way over price for the conditions of the property.

Dated Property, needs work on rooms, which were as clean as they could be made. Clearly they try but property is older one ! Staff were polite and had no major issues.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The bathroom was not clean and had mildew on the walls and tiles. The air conditioner had the replace filter light on and was full of dust. The location is not very safe at any time of the day. You get what you pay for -just be aware of your surroundings and use it to sleep only.
