We stayed 6 night in Charter house. Everybody was so friendly, owner & housekeeper. So clean the apartment. Quiet space. Thank you. See you soon. 😁🏝️

Place is ok for the price. Didn’t really have any problems. A lot of these type property’s only have some there for a few hours each day. So tends to be a problem when something is needed. I asked for a few extra towels to be dropped off when I checked in and they were never drooped off. Could have used an iron, but nobody at office when I could have used it. It was my first visit here and I would stay again, but if I do I will get all my requests taken care on the first day there.

Quiet, great accessibility to beach and restaurants. Will definitely recommend and stay again!

This motel is old,but you have all necessary things, it is olin a good condition, the prices is good and is a steeps from the beach, very good for vacation .

A family-run budget place in a great location 5 minute's walk from Hollywood Beach boardwalk. Mini market two minute's walk away for beer and other basic supplies, Good sized room with a/c, clean linen and towels. Microwave plus full-sized stove and fridge. Outdoor sitting area with barbecues

Just get a better place to stay. Pictures don’t do it justice, this is a motel, not a hotel, this is not even a good motel. It’s run down, the floors are sticky and the walls are wet because they spray disinfectant everywhere and call it clean. The shower floor will give you something if you don’t wear sandals, and they give you only a bar of dial soap and one roll of toilet paper for your stay, no other amenitiesx the entire stay I was slipping on the wet slippery floors and it was hard to sleep smelling all the disinfectant on my pillow and bedsheets. The main office smells weird and the old man was particularly rude. Maybe I just had a bad experience but for a hundred more dollars I should have gone literally anywhere else. They tried to justify the insane resort fees and parking fees but it’s not worth it, save your money.

Have to walk 2 blocks to go to the office. Can hear neighbors clearly. Fan and AC covered in black dust. TV doesn’t work. Old rundown furniture. Keypad lock defective. Office opens at 11.

The location is perfect as well as the parking (of course a fare charge for the night), but the room inside was messy, there was water on the floor you don't know from where come, the worst was no front desk to ask for more towels or service, the check-in you have to do close to the property but no service in the property, if you need anything is nobody to ask, the check out you have to leave because the office doesn't open until 11:00 am, I am waiting for the hold in the card released without charge, I left at 9:00 am, and nobody to check out around 11:15 am I called and security said office open at 11:00 am and I did the correct way for check just lock the door and left...

Good location. But horrible bed and cleaning conditions. You received that you pay
