호텔 쿨라베르그 - 스웨덴 호텔스(Hotel Kullaberg - Sweden Hotels)

Arrived last Monday after a long drive. Booked by my travel agent in London for reasons best known to him. 20 kms away from my meeting the next day. When I arrived, my immediate reaction was one of despair. From the front, a Swedish seaside version of Faulty Towers appeared out of the sea mist. Railing against a pungent smell of drains I ascended the stairs with my bags and entered. On initial inspection, a time travel back to the 1920s was the impression. Quite quaint, in a grungy sort of way. Checked in by a convivial bearded host and ascended the stairs to Mata Hari, my room for the night. To be fair, the fish and chips and imported French wine was acceptable. The restaurant was filled with locals, a good sign always. The berroom though belied any optimism. The curtain behind the door was moth eaten. The floors were dirty, the room dusty. The bed was old and decrepit. The headboard needed a good clean. The bathroom had an old world charm, a broken flush on the toilet and a shower like a fireman's faucet, gushing out in a condensed narrow spray of water. After a poor night's sleep, I repaired to the dining room. What a disappointment. Cold coffee from a machine, a scrambled egg and bacon standing for self service which was inedidable. My host, when prompted, brought another croissant out but it was not cooked. The dough was still wet inside. I paid the bill and ran out of the place, again without assistance with the bags and through the omnipresent smell of drains. Not to be recommended, I'm afraid.

Stayed at the excellent Hotel Kullaberg annex. Classy apartment with balcony and sea view over the harbor and close to all the village life and restaurants. Marvelous seaside walks nearby and visits to Råå, Helsingborg, Båstad nearby

We loved this hotel. It is definitely a bit quirky in its decor but it suited the surrounding area perfectly. The staff were all friendly and efficient, the evening meal in the restaurant was fantastic, and the breakfast was plentiful and varied and was equal, if not better, to the breakfasts we ate in Copenhagen and Malmo. The restaurant was light, airy and with a stunning view of the harbour. Loved it!

I arrive around 11:50 and was immediately thrown it because I was to early. On the porch I noticed 2 females and their young children who’d apparently just been through the same treatment by an old sour lady. As an adult I can stand outside for a few minutes by throwing out children? ***? I said I only wanted a cup of coffee and she pointed to a tent at another location and said that they serve coffee over there. Due to the cold weather and strong wind I insisted to sit indoors. All of a sudden she tried to arrange so I sit with a bunch of people I’ve never met before and insists we’re in the same company to which we all replied we don’t know each other. I’ll never come back here. Coffee was good, strong and warm though and from my favorite brand.

Near nature and ocean. Very quiet and peaceful place. The flats are nice and clean but a bit in need of restoration, but clean and very functional. There is no store in Mölle, the nearest are in Nyhamsläge, about 60 kilometer from Mölle. There’s a Bus from Mölle to store in Nyhamsläge. This Bus go to Höganäs a very nice town. At Höganäs bus station you can change bus and go to Helsingborg within 30 minutes. Helsingborg is also a very nice town and you can take a trip with the ferry over to Denmark and the nice town Helsingör. The trip takes only 20 minutes and is called: en tura in Swedish😃 I can highly recommend a trip to Mölle and hotel Kullaberg it is a wonderful natures and you are not totally isolated without a car, you can use the bus.

We had the well known äggekaka for lunch and it was really delicious; Something between breakfast & lunch, a local dish if ever there was one. Cheerful service and a mixed age clientele. Perfect after a walk on the peninsula beyond.

A small hotel by the water, with lots of history and lots of charm. It's a bit old but very nicely done and extremely charming. Excellent breakfast and a very good restaurant as well, their scrimp mountain for lunch is not to be missed. Friends stayed at the Grand Hotel Mölle, but it seems like this one was the much better choice. Very friendly staff, comfortable beds, super hot and high pressure shower pressure, it ticked all our boxes. Only it is in need need of a bit of tightening up, both for the rooms and the common areas, do that and the hotel would be a pearl!

A little old-fashioned country hotel. Clean room. Nice restaurant and, weather permitting, a very nice terrace. Great area for walking.
