플레처 호텔-레스토랑 빅토리아-호엔데를루(Fletcher Hotel Restaurant Victoria-Hoenderloo)

On Arrival at Reception the Staff Member carried on staring at the computer and I had to wait - which I found rude. I had to go straight to the Restaurant as the kitchen was closing at 19:30. The Ribeye steak was really tough, the vegetables were reheated from frozen - so tasteless and watery. My experience was poor so I will not use this chain again unless there’s no alternative!

I stayed here with my mum for 3 nights, I was under the impression it was not too far from accessible places but I was wrong. It cost at least 87 euros just to go to the nearest city, Apeldorn! The quality of the bedroom we stayed in was poor, the mattress was old and potentially had urine stains. Both my mum and I struggled to sleep due to the poor quality of the mattress, it continued to sink in. I told the receptionist that the mattress quality was affecting us, she did not make a note of this. I wanted to use the phone to call a taxi and she did not seem keen on the idea, but her colleague had to intervene. The restaurant and bar had only one waiter causing other customers to wait hours to be served, I can honestly say this place is best for nature, nothing else. Equally I would not recommend this place and would not come back here at all.

Good breakfast, but Diner could be better. Rooms where okay only the maintenance on the putside was really bad.

The property itself is lovely, with cute little suites. It has a lot of facilities with a good choice of drinks and food. We did find the service wasn't up to the standard it could be as the staff seemed disheartened and they were not overly welcoming. It felt a little that we were putting them out. It is somewhere we would visit again and would like to visit in the summer months to be able to explore the full grounds and activities more.

Ot was great

Good for overnight stop during yout trip in Gelderland. The hotel is isolated and situated in the forest.

Wat een achterhaald hotel. Noemen ze een 4 sterren hotel. Belachelijk. De trap naar de 1e etage waar onze kamer ligt is ipv oranje zwart van het vuil. Je blijft er haast aan vastplakken. Nog niet een waterkokertje of theezakje op de kamer. Kamer met uitzicht op een afgebladderd muurtje. Raamkozijn waar de verf vanaf is. De “pub” voor een kopje koffie gaat pas om 16:00 uur open. Wat een ellende zeg. Het hotel is zo goed als verlaten maar wel tijdslots voor het ontbijt……ben je een avondje weg moet je op een bepaald tijdstip opstaan….. veel gekker moeten ze het niet maken. Voor ons NOOIT meer Fletcher.

Het is allemaal wat verouderd, maar keurig netjes. En voor slechts €25 extra had ik een upgrade van de kamer geboekt, maar daarvoor kregen we zelfs de suite, een echt eigen huisje, met woonkamer en 2 slaapkamers. Echt TOP!!
