아샤트 호텔 뤼네부르거 헤이데(Achat Hotel Luneburger Heide)

We had booked a business dinner as half of our party was staying at the hotel.. when we arrived the waiter was absolutely horrible, unattentive and became extremely rude when guests went to the buffet to ask for coffee... There wasn't enough food even though the hotel/resturant was advised the 98 guests were coming for dinner. 2/3 didn't get any food until an hour later when the 1/3 already had eaten. The food they served for the 2/3 was horrible, warmed up from a bag and absolutely NOT homemade but made for cafeterias and such... All in all a horrible dinner experience and those 4 stars they brag about is no where to be found.

Got told 4 times they did not have a reservation… despite me having a confirmation. I asked if they still had a room and after a lot of discussion they could give me a room and then when I repeated my name they found my reservation. Took 20 min to check in with a lot of puffing and swearing about their bad systems. Room was clean but totally old fashioned and not in a condition you would pay 180€ for…. Breakfast was very simple, not at all on a 4 star level. Lots of things missing and even for a knife and fork you had to ask… and then no clean tables… This hotel having 4 stars is a total joke.

Friendly helpful staff, clean bedrooms and spar. Breakfast was OK, Both Wifi and TV did not work in my room

The breakfast was good and the service was fine. But our room was kind of old and smelled like old cigaret smoke despite the fact that is was a non smoker room. We were there in the summer and there was no air conditioning in the room so we had to sleep all night with the window wide open, and no refrigerator to keep our brought water cold. So we had a quite hot night. But otherwise the room was clean and the bed linens and towels were freshly washed. The room was fine for a one night stay after a long day on the autobahn but the room didn’t invite to a longer stay. The overall hotel was quite worn down - but they were doing renovations when we were there in the summer of 2022 so hopefully the standard will rise soon after that.

An okay stay byt the restaurant had limited dishes. Dont think it was worth its price.

There were no-one at the hotel when we arrived even though it says that the hotel is open until 2am. The rooms are OK, but the breakfast i just terrible. Avoid it.

Good hotel. Breakfast was fair. Not many things to choose from.

Nettes Personal, Zimmer aber nicht sehr sauber. Auch waren Sauna & Restaurant geschlossen. Davon stand nichts auf der HP.

In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, der neue Betreiber kennt den Renovierungs, sanierungsstau und will das nach und nach aufholen. Personal und Vorgesetzter sehr freundlich, bemüht.
