各方面都非常棒，但如果上下樓需要電梯的可能不合適。

We stayed 3 nights at the Grand Vue Private Hotel and it was a delight. The entire hotel was decorated with stunning pieces and the bedroom was no exception. We had a water view and the addition of a sitting area in the room allowed us to sit and enjoy watching the yachts in the harbour. The main kitchen was well stocked with a variety of food for breakfast and each afternoon there was freshly baked cake available for you to help yourself to. The gardens are lovely and we enjoyed a glass of wine in them, again overlooking the harbour. The owners should be very proud of what they have created and the theme of "your home away from home" is not just a tag line, it really feels like they have achieved this feeling. The owners Ashley and Brock are both extremely friendly however they know how to look after you without it feeling like like you don't have privacy. One of the best accommodation houses we have stayed in and its location in Battery Point is a bonus as there are heaps of great restaurants and cafes within walking distance and in fact you can walk to town as well. We will return to Grand Vue and will recommend it to all of our friends. Thank you Ashley and Brock.

Just outstanding … hands down the most beautiful location I’ve ever stayed in. So much attention to detail in decor, rooms, common spaces, even down to the music playing. Such a restful experience! On top of the beautiful lodgings … the location is also brilliant, so close to a plethora of cafes, shops in Battery Point, east walk to Salamanca via Kelly’s Steps if you’d like. Brilliant pubs nearby - the Shipwright Arms - well worth a visit - literally around the corner. We’ll definitely be going back to try all the different rooms!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Grand Vue Hotel. I booked this hotel for my Partners birthday and it really exceeded both of our expectations. Everything provided was of excellent quality, rooms were spotless and the owners had clearly thought about every last detail to make a guests experience amazing. The bedrooms and living areas are beautiful and we particularly liked the front room with the fire place. The view from our room was also superb! The kitchen facilities were fantastic and there was fresh bread, home baked goods and croissants put out every morning (which were amazing!). We arrived in Hobart early morning but the owners let us check in to our room really early which was very much appreciated. I thought the guest information provided (e.g. scenic trips, restaurants, bars) etc was extremely helpful! Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for top quality, comfort and a luxurious stay.

The Grande Vue in Battery Point is our favourite place to stay in Hobart. It is a beautifully fitted out, elegant old building., in a great location. Staff are personable, friendly and helpful, and help make it feel like a ( better ) home away from home. Rooms are generously sized and very comfortable and clean. Ours had a nice view over the Derwent. The nearby shops had a great choice of local dining. We will visit again.

Myself and 3 girlfriends spent 3 restful and luxurious nights at this beautiful property. I’ve stayed at hundreds of hotels in my life including across Europe, and this property outdoes them all! Our expectations were exceeded in every way; no detail has been overlooked. The accomodation is perfectly situated in Battery Point with expansive views up to Mt Wellington and across the harbour and is only a short 10-minute to town. There are a handful of very sweet cafes, restaurants and boutiques a stones-throw from the accomodation, allowing you to mosey around the area at your leisure. The heritage of the property has been preserved with contemporary styling touches added. There are three communal spaces plus the kitchen where we spent many hours drinking hot chocolate, tucking into the various desserts that were provided, sitting by the fireplace, petting Jackson the dog and playing board games. As a self-proclaimed perfectionist and someone who obsesses over aesthetics, it’s extremely rare (ask my friends and family) that I can’t find a floor- such was the case with this stay. The owners of the property were warm, lovely and extremely generous and attentive; every request was catered for and nothing was too much of an ask. In all honesty, I’m almost reluctant to provide such a glowing review as, selfishly, we would have loved to have kept this as our little secret. We all individually and as a group have no doubts that we will return to this property again.

My wife and I had two two-night stays last month at the Grand Vue Hotel at either end of a Three Capes walking trip we undertook. The Hotel is in an excellent location in Battery Point and everything about our stay was first class. Lots of restaurants nearby. The facilities are great, especially the communal kitchen with lots of provisions supplied, including a lovely cake in the afternoon. Our room had a lovely view of the Derwent and Mt Wellington. The hosts, Ashley and Brock were very personable and helpful. Can thoroughly recommend as the place to stay when visiting Hobart.

This is our 2nd stay at this fantastic place and it won’t be our last. Our room had amazing harbour views, it’s spacious and impeccably presented. Being able to use the entire kitchen including cooking breakfast, coffee, pastries, makes us feel like we’re in our own home. Sitting in the drawing/sitting room is a great way to wind down with a book. Being in the middle of historic Battery Hill is sensational, we’ll see you again next year.
