Croix Grand Hotel

Rundown, worn out, faulty, sinks, and shower. The pictures are twice as nice as the actual condition.

No heat, floors black dirty, furniture falling over, poor and unsafe public lighting, 2 channel tv.

The hotel has no curbside appeal and appears very old. However, we were pleasantly surprised how clean and kept the room was. The morning breakfast was okay…nothing spectacular… but we still ate it! The employees (Eesha, Maria, and Jose) were extremely professional and courteous. For the price and location… we will definitely stay here again.

This staff here is friendly. Housekeeping is promot and tajes grear care if the hotel. Linited lighting in living area, coukdnt see ti di bookwork.

This front desk staff was kind and very helpful. The room was amazing. The water pressure for the shower was great. The only negative thing I have to say regarding this property is the TV didnt get good reception and no channels were available other than OVC.

Staff was friendly. Beds were very comfortable. Rooms were very clean. We would stay again

I was bit up by bed bugs and im not happy about this. The hotel is old the appliances were old and the furniture worn down. I will not stay here ever again.

Looks like they did a bandaid remodel, the cable only has 3 channels, staff said the owners know about the issue but are doing nothing. Staff is short and rude, they are not even wearing uniforms, just casual dress. The online amenities show full service, not even close, nothing is open and the doors are chained closed. Spend the extra money and go somewhere else.

I want to say the front staff were wonderful. The hotel, however, was not. One of the reasons we picked this hotel was because it had a continental breakfast and a bar in the hotel. When we checked in we found out the bar was closed due to new management. The room was updated but we had to slam the door to get it to close all the way. The continental breakfast was a waffle iron and some yogurt. We checked out after 1 night.
