This place is absolutely stunning i was in love the second my friends and I got there. We had tons of space and it was a great time

Great experience overall! The staff was very welcoming from the start, room cleanliness was phenomenal, delicious breakfast with a variety of choices to pick from and the location was perfect. I’d highly recommend this place and will be returning back if in the area again!

The customer service was amazing! They had amazing service! The rooms are super clean! They had amazing food! It was nice and quiet. Bed were amazing, had such fluffy pillows. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the area or just passing thru!

The place was very quiet and clean. The front desk person was very friendly and very polite. Would definitely recommend easy access to the highway. Well worth the money. My children loved the breakfast. The waffles were delicious and hot and clean

Bitter cold night, this hotel provided a quite safe night rest plus a continental breakfast with much needed coffee.

The management jacked my room rate three times since I made the original reservation. They pushed the reservation through Priceline which resulted in a $75/night charge. That provided me with with a firm (I thought) room rate which they exceeded on check in. My reservations started at $63, then $68, then $75, and then $85/night for the weekend nights of my stay. So, an initial price quote on reservations went from $326 to $428. I could have rented a house for that much. Actually, it went up to $448, as the management saw fit to add housecleaning (which they did not provide) to my credit card- after I was already on the plane home. They assigned a single room to my brother and sister; they assigned me a double queen for just myself. They gave away the last smoking room in the hotel, reserved explicitly for a 2 bed queen, for my first cousins. On arrival, the door lock didn't work, I had to retrieve the manager to let me in. I also had to ask housekeeping to let me in as well. It took several tries every time, so the time spent outside the door caused me to set my armful of stuff to be put on the floor. I ended up using the doorstop to keep it ajar when leaving the room for short periods. Not particularly a safe way to keep my electronics and all of my stuff/luggage safe. The room had a coffee maker that leaked like a sieve. I had to put a washcloth at its base so it didn't overflow its tray. There was only enough coffee in the room to make two cups. The fridge below was not leveled. It froze anything left in it overnight. Between these appliances was the microwave, not level, its cooking tray kept falling off the tracks and the food was lodged up against the door. There was no ice machine on my floor, it was a hike to a ground floor rec room. There is no elevator. I specifically asked for a ground floor room, as I am on oxygen. The beds, bath, and vanity were ok- except that the electrical outlets wouldn't hold a plug in place. Next to the appliance stack were 6 electrical outlet plugs, all were already in use on my arrival. That left one outlet between the beds for charging my phones and my laptop was charged after freeing up a plug, unplugging the radio. A desk chair was very hard to move, as there was no chair mat. I cut my heel on it, when trying to push back from the table that was to be considered the desk. I had to restart internet connections several times in a day. The telephone had obviously been used as a projectile, and didn't work most of the time. There were paint spills on the office chair and carpet. There was some colored paint that ended up on the white ceiling. There was an end table under the window that had peeling trim held (not well) in place with electrical friction tape. I took the time to put the room in order on my last morning there, but the manager added a charge for 'deep cleaning.' The clerk cancelled our reservation one hour before we arrived (7:30) and would not reinstate it. We will have to dispute the charge. The room was filthy and smelling of smoke. Even the wall plug for the hair dryer was covered in filth.
