우리는 Heraklion에서의 3박을 위해 이 아파트를 선택하게 되어 매우 기뻤습니다. 우리는 3 가족이었고 침실 1개, 침실 1개 스위트 및 침실 2개를 선택했습니다. 아파트는 매우 현대적이며 완벽하게 가구가 비치되어 있습니다. 에어컨은 매우 잘 작동했고 직원들은 매우 행복하고 도움이 되었습니다. 그들은 우리가 요청한 만큼 많은 물병을 제공하고 무엇이든 유용한 정보를 제공할 수 있었습니다. 위치는 훌륭했습니다. 말 그대로 로비를 나와 Heraklion의 메인 광장으로 걸어갑니다. 레스토랑, 상점 및 관광이 바로 계단에 있습니다! 우리 차를 위한 주차는 출입 특권이 있는 주차장(하루 8유로)에서 몇 블록 아래에 있었습니다. 페리 터미널까지 차로 5분 거리에 있습니다. 나는 여기에 머무르는 것이 좋습니다. 그리고 우리는 Heraklion에 돌아올 때 확실히 다시 머물 것입니다.

We stayed at the hotel for five nights in July 2022. There were eight of us in total so two families. The location is absolutely perfect as it is right in the middle of Heraklion, opposite the bustling square with its wonderful with its Artisan stalls which are worth visiting and only a short walk to the shops and wonderful selection of restaurants. Heraklion is a truly bustling and Cosmopolitan city. The Hotel is very close to Heraklion Archaeological Museum and a bus or taxi ride to the beach. It is also not too far from the port you can walk there but we took a very quick taxi due to the heat. Upon arrival we were made to feel very welcome and our baggage was taken to our room for us. The reception area is refreshing to walk into from the heat outside and the decor is lovely and very modern with a comfortable seating area. There is a downstairs bar which is very chic with beautiful artwork where you can eat and you can just walk through to the shops outside to have a mooch with is perfect. Our check in process was very smooth and efficient. Check out is at 12 and check in is at 2. We had travelled from Chania by taxi. and were a little early. The gentleman on reception was able to find our group a room to check into while they got our other rooms ready which was very helpful and we did not have to wait too long. We had the economy rooms two different types between us. The ones which have balconies and the ones which are inside but don't have a balcony. The latter were a bit bigger than the ones with the balcony and the children's bed has its own little area which we really liked. The bathroom and room were very clean and the cleaners were very helpful and polite. We had a small fridge all the usual amenities you would expect and the air conditioning always worked well. I really feel (being from the UK) that the hotel represents very good value for the price we paid - if we were to pay a similar price in England we would not be staying in nearly such a nice hotel that's for sure. Certainly not one with a pool on the roof! We absolutely loved the roof area. The pool is quite small (but still big enough to have a lovely, cool swim). The pool area is clean and there are sunbeds and chairs you can sit on around the pool and plenty of place to sunbathe. It is absolutely lovely the perfect place to relax and take in the view. They also have a lifeguard up there at all times which we were not expecting. The pool is open until 8 at night but you can still go up to the roof for drinks and to eat your dinner after this time. They also provide towels for you which is great. The bar on the roof is absolutely excellent and the service is impeccable. The bar staff and waiters and waitresses work so hard and are so friendly (whilst also remaining professional). The bar food is great especially the mini burgers and the club sandwiches are to die for. You can also have dinner up on the roof and there are lots of lovely tables and chairs to chose fro

I had a pleasant 7 night stay here at this accommodation while in Heraklion, Crete. It belongs to the Lato Boutique, which is the main hotel. The Annex is right opposite and required card access to enter. Room was the Economy room (15 sq. metres), a little on the small side, but good enough for a solo traveller. The room was right next to the stairwell and the lift, so there were times I could hear people moving about, but at night it was very quiet, and there were no sleep disruptions. Bed was comfy, air-conditioning was also good. The shower was also good, with shampoo and soap provided, though I noticed it was running a little low towards the end of my stay (i.e., no refills were done). I also appreciated that a luggage rack was provided, along with two bottles of water on check-in day. Fridge was big enough to fit lots of mineral water bottles to keep them cold, which would be a great reprieve in the summer time. Room safe was incredibly huge as well, it can easily store laptops securely, if needed. The elevator door got stuck on the day of check-out, but still worked, so not too big of an issue there. Wi-Fi requires a special code that you can get from the reception. My first code strangely stopped working after two days, but was promptly rectified after I informed the reception of the issue. There were no other connectivity issues for me. The hotel location is pretty near to the Venetian Port, and the Rocca Fortress; it is also walking distance away from the main shopping street in Heraklion and lots of good eating places nearby. There are also supermarkets nearby to get water as well. It does get quiet at night, but I did not encounter any incidents that made me feel unsafe. My room came with buffet breakfast included, which is served in the main building. Breakfast starts service from 7 am onwards, and was generally quite crowded at the start. Depending on the crowd level, the staff will occasionally open up a new section of the dining area. Breakfast was generally good, there was a good spread of American breakfast items, to pastries, ham and cheese and even Greek yogurt with a lot of condiments. It varied a little bit from day-to-day, but was generally the same for the most part.

From the moment we checked-in to the our check-out, the hotel staff was helpful and accommodating. Mary checked us in and helped us with our air-conditioning since we had an issue turning it on. Mary greeted us with a homemade Greek drink and we had complimentary snacks in our room. The location was perfect for us as we took the ferry into Heraklion and walked about 10 minutes from the ferry dock to the hotel. I chose this hotel due to our transportation needs. Our plan was to stay one night and we needed to take the bus from Heraklion to Chania, and the Central Bus Station is right across from the hotel, which made everything easy and convenient. We also took the local bus to Knossos Palace, and the bus stop happened to be across from the hotel as well. Since we only stayed for one night, the hotel has a luggage room that we used because we wanted to tour Knossos Palace the morning we checked-out. I highly recommend this hotel to others.

I couldn’t fault it, it is absolutely amazing more than I expected. The interior design is amazing and professionally done, bathroom design gave me ideas for our new home. It’s near shops but having a car is a must, Crete is one large and beautiful island. The restaurant outside is amazing and we also found a great cafe down the road which had great food.

Le séjour a eu ses hauts et ses bas. D'un côté, le parking s'est avéré dangereux avec une route à traverser où les voitures roulent à vive allure. À l'intérieur, la tablette en marbre de la table de chevet m'a causé des soucis, notamment lorsque je m'y suis cogné deux fois dans la nuit. L'insonorisation de l'appartement laisse également à désirer, vos deux oreilles sont dans le couloir avec les groupes de gens jusqu'à 3h du matin qui rentrent en discutant, et je me levais à 4h pour l'avion... Dommage. Cependant, tout n'était pas négatif. La literie était confortable, et la piscine un vrai plus. De plus, l'emplacement est très pratique, avec une branche d'autoroute à seulement 5 minutes de l'aéroport. L'accueil était également sympathique, ce qui a légèrement adouci les points négatifs.

The aesthetic of the hotel is actually unbelievable. so so beautiful and spotlessly clean. my preference would not be a swim up room as there is little to no privacy in them..people are literally sunbathing a few feet away from you. We loved our room on the first floor with the balcony. The food was the only slight issue I had. The restaurants were all beautiful. However, the menus are quite limited, and if you don't like something, there is no real alternative. We found this particularly in the fish restaurant and the Asian. In the Asian I ordered a beef type of dish. It literally came out as a piece of beef with two sprigs of broccoli. There were no side dishes, and they don't do them, so for anybody who would have a bigger appetite they could struggle with this. The buffet restaurant was quite limited more or less the same each day..I felt that they used cheaper cuts of meat as lamb and beef weren't great. The drinks during the day were very syrupy and low alcohol in them, which in fairness was probably a blessing😄. Anyone we met seemed to share the same opinion on the resort and food as we did. I would say five nights is plenty as by the 7th night I was sick of eating the same type of food. Having said that, it is the most beautiful place and a real couple's retreat to get away from everything. The evening entertainment was decent but only on for one hour every night. I really feel they could extend this as around the area there is nothing really to do.
