Very stylish and cozy Place to Stay in Heraklion. The Interior and room is phenomical and very modern. Great and nicely Lady at the reception! She is so Kind and it was too short too Tell her how nice she is. Breakfast hast everything you need and Even more after request. Great located and city centre only 5 minutes by Walk. A minimarket is next to the Hotel, also a Bus Station ( Airport / Beach) highly recommend the place, if you want to visit / have to stay und Heraklion.

Superbe hôtel intimiste parfaitement bien situé. 10 mn à pied du centre-ville. 5 mn d’un excellent restaurant. Chambres au joli design, lit de grand confort. Salle de bain parfaite. WC séparé. Propreté +++. Bonne insonorisation. Personnel d’accueil TRÈS agréable, sympathique et à l’écoute.

The outside of the building is lovely, and the location very good-5/10 minutes walk into the centre of things. The room is as shown on the photographs, although the shower is on one side of the room and the toilet on the other-not exactly ensuite, more within the room, although still 'separate' from the sleeping space. The lighting is a bit modern, colourful LEDs which aren't to my taste, however, they can be switched of, which we did. From what I could tell the only difference between the standard double and the suite (which we booked) is that we had a balcony. As the only view is of the opposite side of the street (in our case a house being renovated) I wouldn't bother paying the extra. The breakfast we found disappointing, considering the price of the hotel. Hot drinks from a machine and reconstituted orange juice are not what I expected in a boutique hotel.

This is a great place to stay when exploring Heraklion! Unique and beautifully decorated luxury appar**ents in the antique streets of Heraklion, with a fridge and coffee maker, a few meters away from bus stops and walkable to the city center and port of Heraklion. We took a bus here from the airport which was super cheap, quick and easy and a bus to Knossos palace.

This hotel is bizarre. At a glance, the chic design is hugely appealing and the spot just outside the city centre seemed quite but close. However, a bunch of small oddities added up to a hugely disappointing experience. First, the room’s air conditioning was blowing hot air and on the third floor, this made the room stifling when we arrived. After attempting a ton of fixes of the remote, we asked the front desk about it and didn’t receive a clear answer as to why or possible solutions outside of a generic “we’ll look into it”. It was not into. On a second ask, we were informed that the AC only turns on after May. While I understand heat tolerance is different, it seemed like a huge oversight for a city that can get really hot in April. This experience domino’d into a bunch of strange things out of place: no place to hang your bath towels, bed side lights that weren’t wired up, unbelievably loud construction starting at 7:30 am, comically thick pillows which couldn’t be swapped because the staff didn’t know where the pillows were kept, and an ice cold shower on our last night because apparently the building had run out of hot water. The whole place seemed like it was in a trial/training phase. Of course some of the design was nice. The shower was great when the water was warm and the materials and colours used in the room were certainly pleasing but it all felt like it was designed around being photographed instead of slept in.

Extremely clean nice decoration excellent service very spacious and cozy room the breakfast was very rich and tasty if there was a better view it could be easily the best boutique hotel I ever visited. I fully recommend it...

thanks for being our host ... just for one night, but that was more than nice. Very nice, small and warm welcome Hotel. Really cool and modern rooms. The Crew at the hotel is always tried hard to set up a perfect stay for the guest. The breakfest was really good and the Hotel Location is close to the harbour and the city center.
