Check in was smooth and fast. We were directed to back of hotel to go in door there. Snow and ice made it a bit tricky to get from parking lot to door. Someone should have shovelled. Room was ok, I would say partial reno done, but not finished. Bathroom needs work, everything old. Bed was comfortable.

The pool is pretty run down and the hot tub was Luke warm. Otherwise the room was fine, nothing fancy. Bed was comfortable.

The machine wasn't turned on the preheat for pancakes. I asked serval different worker about it but didn't get them to attend to it. Therefore my breakfast was 1/2 hour late for us to hit the road. I wasn't impressed.

This is our"go to" place in Helena. We have stayed here several times and look forward to many more. (Rear entrance sidewalk could use clearing:)

It was ok for the price. The hot tub was not functioning, the room was not very clean, although the bed was comfortable.

The front staff were polite and did what they could for us, none of this is on them, we never saw the cleaning crews because we were out during the day. I stayed in my own room, my brother in another, my mom in a 3rd and sister in a 4th. There was blood in my room on the walls and shower curtain and towels stuffed in the air vents. In my brothers room the supporting beam to the roof was cracked and the fridge was broken. In my mom’s room the fridge was broken and in my sisters there was a lot of mold in the bathroom. They charged my brother twice for the stay and could not fix it because he booked through ******* (that’s fine we understand,) then charged him a 3rd time when he tried to get it fixed. They claimed they couldn’t do anything about it or call a manager. The pool was broken the whole time we were here. The exercise room was just a treadmill and elliptical. We got up at 830 am for breakfast and it was all dried out and rubbery and the waffle machine was broken. Look, I have stayed in janky hotels and nice hotels. And usually I am fine with the janky ones if they don’t try to advertise that they are a nice hotel and are just upfront about the lack of amenities. I get it. This was super disappointing for what I paid vs lack of cleanliness and no pool or breakfast.

This was the cleanest motel I have been in since forever. The key for me was the room had laminated flooring. This is simple to keep clean and germ free. The room was clean. I didnt eat breakfast but it looked really good. Everything was fresh. Biscuits and grravy A .

There was mold in the bathroom and the pool and hot tub were broken we specifically booked a hotel with a hot tub

Pool and hot tub not working. One coffee pod for two people in room. Cheap hairdryer without a cool setting Sandpaper toilet paper. Breakfast ran out of pancake mix, eggs were cold and sausages undercooked.
