COCOON HOTEL BEL AIR is een heel rustig hotel in een prachtige omgeving aan de Sûre Het personeel is super vriendelijk. We konden genieten van heel lekkere gevarieerde maaltijden in half-pension. Deze ervaring is zeker voor herhaling vatbaar

We had a very nice time in the hotel. The staff is very friendly. There is a tenniscourt and a padelcourt. Unfortunately, due to the snow, we could not play. In stead we went to the wellness, which is located at the nearby Cocoon La Rive. Breakfast is great and the food in the restaurant is also good. Especially if you like to hike I would recommend this hotel!

This hotel is situated in the beautiful location at the river side. The view from the window was fantastic (including the same three geese as at the picture!). We stayed 3 nights in Cocoon Belair in December and although the vegetation was almost gone, there was still plenty of beautiful places to visit in the area. We enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere, the comfort of the room, nice multilingual staff and a very good restaurant.

Stayed 2 nights in Cocoon Hotel Belair and loved it. It was our second time in the hotel. Friendly and clean and in so a relax and beautiful environment. We arrived with bicycle and could place them in the garage. Room was big and had everything we needed. A waterboiler was provided. Breakfastbuffet with bubbles has a lot of choices and is very tasty. We had a 5 course menu in the evening and it was so nice to sit at the terrace with a view at the Sûre river. Food was delicious and portions were good. Very friendly service. There are loungers at the Sûre to relax. Towels are provided. But there are beautiful walks to make too. You can take the train to Luxemburg City in Michelau, at 3 km from the hotel.Hope to stay there again in the future.

Beautiful hotel with very comfy beds. No smart TV in our room. Too bad the walls are a bit thin in some rooms, and they put us in a newly renovated room that still smelled of paint.. At first it seemed to be only the hall. Not the room, but when closing the window. You notice it is the room too. The renovated bathrooms do have a very relaxing jacuzzi with colored lights. The spa and fitness were lovely, but more fresh water to drink would be nice. (Spa and fitness are free to use in the hotel next door) The restaurant is very good, also for afternoon snacks: best waffle ever!

We were planning to stay two nights in a cottage suite. Upon arrival the staff was very kind, and we enjoyed a nice dinner at the restaurant. Unfortunately the next morning we noticed mold in the second room and on the curtains in the main bedroom. Also in general the room was not very clean and the floor tacky We didn't opt for a new room but instead asked to cancel our second night which was no problem.

Volledig verscholen in de natuur gelegen aan een riviertje. Wij hadden een charme kamer met badkamer en toilet dewelke zeer proper waren bij aankomst. Personeel was overal vriendelijk, behulpzaam en aanspreekbaar. Ruime menu keuze met aanvaardbare prijzen, voor elk wat wils zowel voor jong als oud. Wij komen zeker terug met ons hondje in dit diervriendelijk hotel.

Très belle semaine passée dans ce magnifique hôtel ; Le personnel est top rien à redire , une mention spéciale pour Monsieur Marc le maître d'hôtel.....mais pas que ! Nous avions pris la demi pension et je dois dire qu'elle nous à pleinement satisfait et pas de problème s'il faut changer un plat ; Petit déjeuner on trouve largement son bonheur ,une personne en plus peut être pour aider serait un plus ;Nous avons beaucoup randonné, je conseil de bonnes chaussures , et pour les moins sportifs la balade le long de la sure à Diekirch dans les 2 sens est top ! Nous avons eu beaucoup de chance avec la météo si bien que nous avons pu profiter du jardin ; La chambre et la salle de bain un luxe , nous avions une chambre supérieure sans balcon donc au premier une fois 10h30 calme complet .....à voir en plein été ;Literie parfaite pour nous ; Donc un très bon séjour à refaire absolument , merci à tous Pascal et Isabelle de Courcelles

tres bien calme confortable un super acceuil chien autorise y compris au restaurant super repas sympatique , plat delicieux balade au bord de leau et point de depart de nombreuses randonnées un personnel attentionné je recommande chaleusement
