가족들과 휴가중 방문했습니다 어린유아 한명을 데리고 갔었는데 위치 가격 조식 모두 괜찮았습니다 주차는 호텔 맞은편 유료주차장을 이용합니다 호텔에서 할인권을 줬습니다

호텔은 새로 지어서 매우 깨끗하고 서비스 태도가 매우 좋습니다. 아침 식사의 종류가 다양하지는 않지만 요구 사항을 충족합니다.

프론트 서비스도 매우 좋고, 위치도 훌륭하고, 문도 편리하고, 레스토랑도 많습니다.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be a solid choice for a short stay of 1-2 nights. The location is excellent, offering easy access to local attractions and public transport. However, be aware that parking comes with an additional cost of 15 EUR per night, which might be a downside for those driving. The hotel itself was very clean, which is always a big plus. The room was small but fine for a couple; however, for a family with a child, it felt a bit cramped. It was manageable for a short stay, but if you're planning to stay longer or need more space, it might not be ideal. Breakfast was suitable for those accustomed to a typical German breakfast—bread, cold cuts of cheese and sausage, yogurt, and muesli. For those looking for more variety, particularly Asian travelers, the options might feel limited as there were no warm dishes or other typical Asian breakfast items. One minor inconvenience was that our bottled water was not refilled after the first night, which was a bit disappointing. Also, be sure to lock your door because the cleaning staff may enter in the morning without warning, which can be quite startling if you're not expecting it. Overall, it's a good place for a quick stay, with a solid, reliable atmosphere and great cleanliness. Just be prepared for a few minor drawbacks, especially if traveling with family, needing more space, or looking for specific breakfast options.

Ich möchte mich herzlich beim Hotelservice und allen Mitarbeitern bedanken. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausgezeichnet.

Top Lage, sehr schöne Zimmer. Mitten in der Innenstadt gelegen.

I loved this Hotel. It is so beautifully clean and new and even has a very pleasant smell. The decor is wonderful. I really appreciate having a window in my room that can be opened, and lots of lighting in the room. Actually this place really saved me. I was stranded at a remote German train station late at night with my only option being to catch the last train to Heilbronn. It was such a relief when a very nice American lady immediately answered my call and confirmed before i got on the train that there was a 24 hour reception at the Heilbronn Holiday Inn and she booked me a room. I had tried to contact a number of hotels before that but was not having any luck getting through to any of them. I thought the price was reasonable and includes a self-service breakfast with plenty of delicious options. The staff are super nice and helpful.

If you have been to a HIEX, then you will have the same experience as anywhere else: Same design and features, same breakfast including pancakes. The hotel opened only recently and there are still hiccups and (minor) things to repair. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Location is top, next to Kilianskirche (church) and next to the pedestrian zone. You can walk from the train station to the hotel or take a bus or tram. If you have a room at the back of the hotel next to the main street and it is weekend, prepare for some noise from car posers.
