Every employee seemed impeccably trained, providing attentive and personalized service that made all the difference. I only stayed for one night, but it felt like I had been there much longer due to the strong connection with the place. The buffet is simply incredible, offering a wide selection of delicious dishes that cater to various tastes. Additionally, the room service operates 24 hours a day, ensuring you have everything you need at any time. The hotel, though not very large, is extremely cozy, providing a welcoming environment that makes you feel at home. One aspect that deserves special mention is the staff's willingness to assist with personal issues. I had some trouble catching the train and finding my destinations, but the team went above and beyond, offering all the necessary support to resolve everything without stress.
