데이즈 인 & 스위트 바이 윈덤 해블록(Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Havelock)

This facility is completely duscusting and not fit to be open. Accrual feces the hallway!! The room was a total train wreck falling apart and never cleaned. We left after 15 minutes for our own health and safety. Management didn’t care about complaints and still attempted to charge an additional $165 on tip of the full trip.com payment.

The rooms are disgusting, holes in walls, draping coming off the hooks, moldy shower mat, no tv remote, burned out light bulbs, plugs that don’t work, shower head that sprays water everywhere except where needed, 1/2 roll of toilet paper, need I say more. Just plain grouse!

This property should be shut down. The black mold in the room was disgusting. I washed it eith bleach the bedspread had paw prints. No breakfast so false advertising. Bathroom has mold on the curtain the sink had something in it. The place was the worst. I have pictures of the condition. Dehumidifier outside every third door. I have COPD and it was the worst place. The board of health should shut them down.

Had to change rooms 3 times. Toilets did not work, smoke detector removed from room. Wyndham should be ashamed and I would love a refund.

This hotel was the dirtiest hotel i have ever stayed at. There was no one at the desk you had to call a number to fet checked in. It was very sketchy and harfly anyone there including staff. The smell was so bad lije mold and tge vents had an onch of dust in them

The property was absolutely disgusting. The hallway smells like cat pee, had mattresses leaning on the wall. The shower was moldy, holes in the walls. AC didn’t work properly. Bedsheets were still dirty from the last people. Used Q-tips on the floor in the bathroom. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody definitely unsafe to stay and unsanitary

This hotel is in a perfect location for our business trips. I used to stay here all the time. I have no complaints about the hotel. My only suggestion is that the manager needs to learn how to be welcoming. Also be courteous when a customer asks for a copy of the receipt at the time of check in.

Hotel room smelled bad, no shower curtain, dead and live bugs. Very hard to reach someone on the phone after I canceled my remaining nights. I am still waiting on a refund one week later.

When I got there no one was at the front desk. So I waited 20 minutes for someone to show up. Then they gave me a room with someone already in it. So I go back and they give me another room on the first floor and I found black mold on the ceiling, on the lamp shades, along the baseboard and then on the sheets, along with stains that I did not want to investigate. On top of that there was a tropical storm outside and water was leaking in through the window and air conditioning unit pooling on the floor. The phone had grease all over it and there were food scraps on the floor. Then as I sat there trying to calm myself before yelling at someone, a Palmetto Bug walked across the desk and I just said of course! I will never stay here again and although I spent the night because there literally was no where else to go I slept on top of the blanket and then left the next day even though I paid for two nights, I could not spend another minute in that room.
