호텔은 매우 조용하고 Vedado에 위치해 있어 주변 지역에 흥미로운 명소가 많습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절하고 협조적이어서 하바나에 머무르는 데 완벽한 장소입니다. 객실은 시설이 잘 갖추어져 있으며 쿠바 기준에 맞게 상태가 좋습니다.

호텔의 외관이 매력적입니다. 하지만 호텔에 들어서자마자 호텔 선택에 실수가 있었다는 것을 깨닫게 됩니다. 그들은 나를 창문과 발코니 문이 잠겨 있는 방에 배치했는데, 열쇠는 분실된 것 같았습니다. 에어컨이 침대 위에 걸려 있어서 사용하고 싶으면 자다가 감기에 걸립니다. 아무도 침대 린넨을 바꾸려고하지 않았습니다. 나는 항상 침대를 확인한다. 그리고 놀랐던 점은 침대가 깨끗하지 않았고 베개에 다른 사람의 머리카락이 있었고 향수 냄새가 났어요... 뜨거운 물이 없었고 물이 50도라는 알림이 있었습니다. 이런 흔적도 없고 물 온도가 40도 이상이 될 때까지 오랜 시간을 기다려야 하는데, 헤어드라이어를 켜면 밝은 빛(220소켓)이 빛나서 급히 껐습니다. 손비누나 치약은 없습니다. 뚜껑에는 남의 머리카락이 붙어있는 샤워젤과 샴푸가 있었어요. 정말 역겨웠어요! 음식은 역겨워요. 어떤 경우에도 아이들과 함께 그곳에 가면 안 됩니다! 한 가지 좋은 점은 저녁 식사로 배고픈 고양이에게 먹이를 주었다는 것입니다. 문제없이 방을 바꿔주셨고 비교적 깨끗한 침대에 오픈발코니가 있어 잘 잤습니다. 그러나 인상은 슬프다. 객실에는 욕실뿐만 아니라 220 소켓도 있습니다. 그래서 휴대폰을 충전할 수 있었어요. 호텔에 연락할 수 없습니다. Wi-Fi를 구입해야 하며 다른 방법은 없습니다.

I liked the outlook of the hotel, it's located in a quiet neighbourhood. The reception staff were very kind and helpful, they helped with taxi booking to the airport. Breakfast was served fresh and very fast. The overall environment was warm and nice

房間挺大的，就是設施挺舊的，洗手間下水不好，也能理解吧，畢竟古巴被封鎖太久了，附近有醫院，餐廳走路十分鐘也是有的，建議晚上不要出門，比較危險。

Teniendo en cuenta la situación de Cuba ahora es un hotel que está en la media!! Los clásicos como este se trasforman en algo que queda suspendido en el tiempo sin dar, por un motivo y/o por el otro, un servicio a la altura del precio!! Además no se entiende si las faltas se deben solo a la situación del país o también a la poca gana de los trabajadores acostumbrados a propinas fáciles !!

그것은 작은 호텔이지만 더 나은 것에 대해 우리를 놀라게했습니다. 가격 대비 품질 비율이 매우 좋고 중심이기도합니다. 방은 최고이며 넓고 잘 관리되어 있으며 필요한 모든 것을 갖추고 있습니다. 공기가 잘 시원합니다. 모든 것이 괜찮아. 직원들의 관심이 매우 좋습니다. 1층은 아름다운 정원이 있는 식민지 스타일입니다. 레스토랑에는 공기가 없지만 테라스가 있습니다. 음식은 아주 다양하지는 않지만 맛있습니다. 우리는 아주 좋은 숙박을 했습니다.

I went last week with three friends, like a girls trip. After all we had read about the hotels in Cuba we were expecting something terrible, and this place really exceeded our expectations. Positive: We booked two rooms, both with a LED TV, frigobar, air conditioning and two queen beds. The room and the bathroom were clean, the staff was really helpfull and the breakfast was satisfatory (keeping in mind it's not a rich country). The place is also well located, three blocks from "La Rampa" (aka Calle 23), which is a huge avenue with bars and restaurantes, that ends at the Malecon (the ocean avenue). Negative: One of the rooms was next to a house with a noisy fowl, which made us wake up every morning at 5am (then at 7am, then at 9am...) - so ask not to stay in room n. 102 (the n. 107 was better, not noisy and w/ a better view) / The cleaning lady didn't replace the towels unless we asked for (which was quite comprehensive after we saw the poverty of the entire country). / Wifi only in the lobby, and expensive - 3 CUCs p/hour (but I don't think when you go to Cuba you expect to spend time online). / The building was old, but nothing that comes to bother. As you can see, the negatives are way too irrelevants, especially considering that in Cuba everything is really simple to someone used to capitalism. Therefore, I would totally recommend the place!

I stayed at the Hotel Paseo Habana for a week in April 2024. The hotel is run by Islazul Hoteles, a relatively cheap state-owned hotel chain owned by the Ministry of Tourism (note that most high-level hotels are owned by Gaviota, part of the business unit of the armed forces). This was my third visit to Cuba - I decided to stay here for the first time as I got a very good rate that included breakfast and wanted to stay in Vedado. The location was excellent for me. Vedado is leafy, quiet and beautiful, full of mansions that were built by the creme de la creme of Cuban society in early-mid 20th Century. The Paseo is no exception, the lovely front building sitting proudly on the corner of 17 and A. The rooms are located in an attached taller building that's clearly a later addition, but it doesn't spoil the aesthetics. I was happy to be away from the craziness of Habana Vieja, and took taxis around using the app La Nave (Havana's best Uber equivalent). I arrived on an early flight, so got to the hotel before 10AM. Naturally I couldn't quite check in then, so I dropped my bags at reception and came back about 1PM, when they allowed me to check in. The hotel has been recently refurbished. The refurbishment significantly improves the experience judging from older photos online, but do note that Islazul does not have access to any significant resources or any financing, so please do not expect any Islazul hotel to be at the level of international hotels. Having said that, I was more than happy with my room for the price I paid. The air conditioning was brand new and excellent, the fridge was good, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and smart. The iron didn't work, so I took it down to reception and they told me housekeeping would replace it the next day (unsure why that takes a day to walk to a cupboard, but the new one worked). The only thing missing really was the toilet seat, but housekeeping kept the loo roll stocked, which isn't always reliable in Cuba - they took small old rolls and wound them together, creating new full rolls. Excellent stuff, no waste. I slept very well in quiet Vedado on the comfortable beds. The room was perfectly clean when I checked in, and turned down daily to a good standard. Somewhat surprisingly, there was hot water. I couldn't quite get it to be 'hot' hot every day, but also I didn't want to run the water for too long to see if it became hot due to how water-stressed Havana is in the dry season. Often it did get hot part way through the shower. Pressure was decent. When turning off, the head did fall out of the holder, dropping it to the floor - this will break soon. The hairdryer did work. Quite a lot of the lighting did not have light bulbs. There was a smart TV, but smart functions were not possible, due to the internet connection being via a portal. This was no issue as I didn't go all the way to Cuba to watch TV. WiFi was available in the room and common areas. This was charged at 50 CUP per

Location is not good for tourism: too far from Habana vieja. Breakfast was ok for a 3 stars hotel. The room was ok too, but we were not sure if hot water was available in the shower. WiFi is paid (50 CUP per 1h session).

It is a quiet hotel in Habana.They offer breakfast in the morning, you can ask eggs etc and they bring it to you and it was good service and good flavor.They also offer lunch and dinner at a good price in cuban currency which is cheaper that any private restaurant around.The arrival was weird because imagine that you come from the airport with luggage (three pieces) and right at the entrance they are celebrating a civil wedding and you cannot pass and also not elevator because of no electricity not good for a 3rd floor room.The bed was small fro two and not confortable and at midnight coming back and find hotel counter attendance sleeping on main sofa.It was a just one night there but bad impresssion.Also next morning waiting fro gaviota bus to Varadero trip and rude attendace guy doesnt help or be ready to call you not even at hotel restaurant.

Pésimo hotel , no había agua , solo la ponían media hr , imposible poder hospedarse así El desayuno incluido muy malo ni servilletas hay

El Hotel es confortable y la comida variada y la limpieza es buena así como el confor de la habitación es alto el servicio de recepción amable

Nuestra estancia estuvo genial. El hotel y en concreto el personal muy atento en especial Sergio del servicio estuvo maravilloso con nosotros, buscándonos restaurante para almorzar e incluso prestando su propio paraguas en un día de lluvia entre otras cosas. Recomendable en todos los aspectos.
