Hotel Sevilla

We were at the pool. We liked the food, wonderful. We had good service from the pool staff and Lulu. I liked my beer with a lemon market but for everything else it was great. The Wi-Fi needs repair. I would have liked to come earlier, it will be for next time Thanks a lot

The picture of the hotel is not up to date for a start. Stayed for 4 nights. Lobby very beautiful, that is it. Swimming pool a bonus but dated and noisy. Breakfast adequate, no milk all 4 days, no bread. So restaurant not open as advertised and the roof top bar is deserted/ not open, so only patio bar open serving a short menu. Bar takes Peso's one day then not the next??. Bedroom 720. Never stayed in such a poor room, windows blowing in the wind thought they were going to fall out and filthy. No hot water for shower all 4 days, Hairdryer did not work and I asked someone to repair it but was ignored. Floors never cleaned. Really disappointing experience considering what we paid. Description and amenities need updating. We are aware of all the struggles and shortages before we came but expected much better.

Unforgetable memories. Absolutely perfect food, fresh and well renovated rooms, lovely staff. Lobby takeyou to the past and you really enjoy evert single moment here. Location in the city center close to oldtown, highly, truly recommend.

Nice hotel in a good place the spacious were great even the people specially my friends from the guest experience they were great people they helped me a lot for me everything was ok The rooms were nice and spacious breakfast was wonderful very good people, they were very friendly and nice.I enjoyed the stay there.

Yuan and Howard, the guest support team, have been very helpful in booking restaurant reservations and answering any other questions we have had. After 14 days on Cuba I would describe the hotel as the typically Cuban, but at the better end of the range. The communal lounge areas are very pleasant, clean and tidy. Our room is clean and the bedding pristine. The plumbing is a bit variable. There is some inconsistency and an example of this is that we were given keys for our room safe when we arrived two weeks ago however, on our return from travelling this wasn’t the case. Overall the team are willing to help.

in the very center of Havana, good breakfast but no fresh juices, only some artificial ones. Food and drinks only ok. Nice staff. Money exchange is very unfavorable but you can pay card. Good internet

Overall very good experience staying in this hotel. Top location. Friendly staff and helpful. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Good breakfast buffet and very nice patio & lobby area. Swimming pool with bar service is a plus. Minor details can be improved over time.

Most staff are the worst with a few exceptions. Staff at breakfast and the staff in the cafeteria need to be changed. Exception is the one making egg/omelette and the staff in the reception. No restaurant for lunch or dinner (but they promote it). Breakfast selection is poor even for Cuban standard. On the plus side - the location and the room is good👍🏽

Excellent location, extremely lovely building, spacious room, superb breakfast and very friendly staff. The only thing missing: there's no tea/coffee making facility in the room even though the hotel website says there is!
