If you are thinking for an amazing resort with all the facilities that too in Kokan. Blue Ocean resort and spa is the perfect search result as it is a hidden gem on Maharashtra and I really felt like once I reached this place. Located 4km away from Ganpatipule temple near Malangud beach, this place is spread over 45 acres with massive coconut trees, greenery and peaceful surroundings. You will just not feel like to leave this place once you are in. The most attractive is the beach view tent which has a straight view of sunset and beach, the tent has proper AC, wifi, Tv and most comfortable bed on which you can be awake and see the beach view as soon as you open your eyes. There is spa just next to tent for a relaxing massage and aesthetic cafe named Tide which serves yummy food with sunset view. Overall they have 52 nd above villas spread evenly with seating at backyard under greenery. There is an Lord Ganesha temple at top of the mountain, infinity pool and kids waterpark, gym and Yoga room as well. They have free internal Buggy ride to reach to the rooms which is very convenient for senior citizens. The Club premium room is a must stay with a massive hall nd luxurious bedroom, my god it was most comfortable stay I ever had. Overall, the stay experience was really very very good, the staff is very humble here and they help you with anything you need very respectfully. Prashant Sir who is General ***ager also helped us a lot and a big thanks to him❤️ Please do visit this place, it will surely give you Bali vibes and you will forget that you are in Kokan. Visit Kokan and lets support the tourism in Kokan.

Excellent property situated by opposite to the beach and has a connecting sea facing adjacent property. Staff was very helpful and polite and Ready to ensure that there is proper Service. Thanks to some staff members Chetna, Pallavi, Showvik, Limpa, Sayani and Sawroop.

Beautiful property nestled in lush greenery. The USP is it's private beach and an exclusive beach side restaurant. Spacious villas with a private sit-out to enjoy your coffee. Amazing food - both veg and non-veg. Courteous and helpful staff. Highly recommended!

One of the best beach resort. It has amazing outdoors and perfect for a beach lover. The hospitality, service and food were also very good. The resort is upto the mark and i recommend all the travellers to visit this place. Scenic, silent & beautiful.

The stay in this hotel is not worth the spending . On our arrival we were welcomed by yellow stains all over the toilet floor , wash basin and WC in both the rooms we had booked . The so called water park for kids was not working . The air conditioning in the restaurant had failed and was not fixed even after 2 days . The balcony chairs had fungus all over them . This hotel lacks professionalism , cleanliness and food quality is pathetic . Butter chicken was prepared like chicken tikka . Terrible experience

Nice hotel... Mr.Bansi in restaurant is too cooperative. He personallly takes care of sr.citizens. food was nice...Prathamesh and saurabh - houskeeping staff is also very kind and helpful... overall hotel is having good natural environment

We visited this place at the end of March 2024. This is a very big property which is well maintained. Our room was spacious, clean and nicely furnished. There is a separate bathroom area which greatly increases the comfort. There is a small lawn around the balcony but there r walls around n no view as such. The cart service from the room can sometimes be slow. They have a private beach area which is just across the road from the resort and that is truly a winner. There r well equipped shacks with restaurant facility. It is one of the best in this area and made our stay truly memorable. The food was however bad. The buffet was nearly same every day and the taste was below average. The restaurant is understaffed and the service needs major improvement. We mostly had to go out in the area of ganpatipule for dinner. The restaurant at the beach was okay though. Overall we enjoyed our stay and if the food improves would definity like to revisit..

Overall experience was amazing. Garden and sea view was amazing and the resort staff was also cooperative. Food is great(not sure about pizza). Rest all experience with this resort was mesmerizing. Location is at point less crowed great place to spend some quality time
