Shanti the Grand Palace

The hotel is a decent one with its location at the heart of the town, so it is easily accessible to visit north and south side of ratnagiri from here. Plus, ***y eateries are nearby.the only negative point is that the hotel doesn't have lift, 2nd there is mosquito issue at night. Overall, a good decent hotel. Staff were good and cooperative.

When I reached the hotel, staff was saying that you have to share the room with 3 other peoples but at the time of booking the room nothing was mentioned there. Really a fraud type of work they are doing very very bad

I had to catch my bus in the early morning.i wanted to check out around 6:00 am but I did not find anyone on reception and doors were locked. No contact numbers were written of the care takers too. Tried finding them in premise but couldn't find them. Lost my bus and it wasted my 2 hours.

Pathetic...they were charging me for extra mattress for my 2 and a half year old daughter even after explaining them that in sleep she can roll n fall from bed...for check out at 7.00pm in the evening they are charging me till next day 11.00am full room charges...staff rude and pathetic...most of the time electricity and fan not working

Near to baga,anjuna and ***y famous places. Also staff has given very nice service. Food was delicious. You can enjoy morning breakfast buffet as complimentary. Also you can enjoy pool with Jacuzzi and music

Perfect for tours family,solo, friends. One of the best place. The perfect placet to stay .The places are very near from this stay . I recommend this to everyone who visit Ratnagiri. The ***agement and staff is very supportive. Service is indeed very best.

Great hotel and good behaviour staffs good place and location was also good to stay. Staffs are very supportive and all facility given is good at hotel only food facility not available else everything was good.

This was my second time visit to the hotel and it was great and improved from last time. The staff was gentle and very supportive. But if you choose the room with an external bathroom then you might face some issues with bathroom hygiene. In my case the bathroom was choked up with water.

I recently stayed at a hotel room near ***y restaurants and the Main market Place . The service was excellent and the room was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful and the amenities provided were great. The location was great, with plenty of restaurants nearby, and the Main market Place just a few blocks away. Overall, I had a great stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. Best amenities for a budget hotel
