넓은 방, TV 장비, 에어컨, 새 헤어드라이어. 방에 약간의 퀴퀴한 냄새가 납니다. 하지만 머무르다 보면 익숙해집니다. 골동품 콘센트는 소지하기 불편합니다. 개선될 수 있다면 좋은 일이 될 것입니다. 조용한 방에서 거슬리는 소음도 없고 양호하다고 생각됩니다. 전반적으로 가치가 있습니다. 이동이 편리한 도심에 위치 먹기 쉬운

호텔이 내 방을 3개의 방에서 바꾸고 나에게 1개의 방만 주는 것에 약간 실망했습니다. 방문 날짜 한 달 전에 이미 호텔을 예약했습니다. 그들의 변명은 방이 유지 보수 중이기 때문입니다. 그들은 내가 도착하기 전에 방 상태에 대해 아무것도 알려주지 않았습니다. 자정에 호텔에 도착해서 정말 피곤해서 나쁜 경험이었습니다. 방을 3개에서 더 큰 방으로 바꾸고 다른 호텔에서 다른 방을 주긴 했지만 여전히 다른 파트너에서 여행을 했기 때문에 상당히 불편했습니다.

Good location easy to go to malls and restaurants , clean and spacious room. Outdoor parking. Cost-effective

Old property… big room. Don’t book royal suite if you sleep alone…too big and empty space with small bench. Can’t say it a suite.. just empty room with attached bedroom.. Damage floor and worm out toilet door. Charging extra 50 baht for extra pillow which is ridiculous. Plus point is good location got 7 eleven, beer shop, good food, quiet place away from tourist crowds like Lee Garden area which 750 meter away..

Good place to stay cheap and clean. The room is really big with more space.

We stayed in a suite but it was totally not worthy of the price paid. Suite comes with a living room with only a sofa and nothing else. The wall previously has a tv setup but now taken off. The suite comes with no basic amenities, no toothpaste and tooth brush. The floor cracked, dangerous as it can hurt the feet. Walking distance of 10 mins to night market.

Second stay for my business trip. Never complain much for the price. Parking outdoor is always available.

During our stay, housekeeping unexpectedly claimed our bedsheet was dirty and charged us. The sheet was already stained upon check-in, we discovered late at night and we already tired and just ignore the stained. Despite discussing it politely, the staff was rude, threatening to involve the police if we refused to pay. We were charged THB1200 for a bedsheet that appeared over 10 years old. Good hotel and worth the price. Convenient location in the middle of the city, plus a 7-Eleven just a 2-minute walk away. Checking in and out was a piece of cake. The room was massive, and I have to say, the pillows were comfy! Easy parking too. This hotel is now my favorite place to stay in Hatyai

Location of Hotel approx 2km or 10 minutes walk from Lee Garden Hotel, Staff service was good and helpful Cleanliness was ok, There were basic amenities, Aircond was super cool, Overall value for money.
