비베 호텔(Vive Hotel)

酒店的地理位置相當好，火車站出來，步行2分鐘就可以到達，酒店對面就是Tesco，而且從酒店步行大概5分鐘就可以到海邊，然後距離2條步行街走路也就5-10分鐘，相當方便； 酒店的設施很新、房間很大、服務員很nice； 我們是2大1小入住，服務員幫我們安排了加床，速度很快、效率很高，而且用的是全新的床墊，大床墊和小床墊都很舒服； 衞生間超級大，去了英國那麼多次、英國那麼多地方，是我看過的最大的衞生間，足足有10平米； 房間是公寓類型，可以自己煮飯，廚房的設施也是非常全的，而且很乾凈👍

乾淨整潔服務好

The Vive is a charming hotel in the centre of Hastings. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was large and clean. Really liked that there was a built in kitchen meaning we didn’t have to eat out every night. Two quick things to consider - if you’re a light sleeper the rooms don’t block sound very much. We could easily hear people talking and watching TV next door, and early in the morning could hear people loudly moving around and talking in the hallway. Also on one day we had housekeeping attempt to enter our room as there was presumably a mixup of some kind. The room didn’t have a “do not disturb” sign to hang on the door which might’ve prevented this. Overall though we really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back to the Vive again.

I really enjoyed my stay at Vive. It was important for me that the apartments were new, comfortable, and with fast internet. Additionally, the hotel is located right in the center, making it just a few minutes walk to the beach, cafes, and even a supermarket (there's even an M&S). The staff was super nice and friendly. Initially, I stayed for three months and then returned for another visit. Highly recommend.

The luxury of London has been brought to the coast; with the staff and cleaning service being absolutely impecable with special mention of the assistant manager Ms Cochrane as she has been invaluable. Not onkt thag the sleak London design gives a unique dimension of comfort

Vive was such a lovely place to stay for the last 28 days. The staff are amazing and so helpful and friendly. The room was clean and well equipped and the bathroom was lovely! (What a shower!). The price I paid for my stay was fantastic value for money and the location was nice, near both the beach and the train station. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Hastings. I’d argue it’s probably the best value for money you will find.

I’ve been staying at Vive Hotel since Oct 2023 and has extended my stay now with my boyfriend as this place already feels like home for us. From the warm reception staff, approachable and reliable hotel manager Marco, to housekeeping and maintenance, everybody is always happy to help and be of service. Our room is spacious enough with high ceiling and furnitures are good as new. I particularly love the wooden floor, the spacious toilet, and the kitchen because it is modern and smart. The hotel is clean from the outside, down the corridors and always smells nice. I also like that the laundry area is conveniently situated on the 5th floor. Tesco express is just opposite the hotel, the seafront and train station are both 2-3mins walk on the opposite sides and pubs are nearby though the noise is very minimal or sometimes none at all from the inside. Also, we have visitors from time to time and they also feel welcomed by staff. You won’t worry if you have a parcel delivered because they keep it for you and sign once you received it so you know other guests won’t be able to take it by mistake. Marco even opens the entrance door for guests even if he doesn’t have to, talk about extra mile. Maybe the only thing I would want is that hopefully in the future they can accept AmEx card but overall, for almost 5 months that we’re here, we are very satisfied and that all the staff are always on top of everything.

An absolute shambles, worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Got there and was greeted so off to a good start quickly followed by my room key not working, walked down to reception to get another one, had to be walked to my room so they could open the door for me still no key for my room, then had a knock on my door 30 minutes later with a new key for my room tested it and still did not work, waited another 30 minutes got another key and finally it worked. An hour of sitting around waiting for a key fob to be provided, chose this property as it looked very nice and like they had a decent clientele so thought I would get a good night sleep. Was woken up at 3am in the morning to loud TVs playing in other rooms, the walls are super thin you can hear other people's toilets flush, called the reception at 4am as wanted to make sure I wasn't being unfair but the noise didn't quieten down. Reception said they would investigate left it another hour and still loud TVs playing so hadn't been investigated or anything done at all. Finally I contacted reception again at about 5am I finally heard someone visit the room next to me. Silence at last, if you have any type of driving or important meeting or just something where you need a good night's sleep I would avoid this, had to end up staying in Birmingham as I was just too tired to continue driving so cost me extra money. Property wouldn't refund my stay or offer any kind of compensation at all. Never had such a bad experience.Do not recommend

Yes all facilities are very good and and clean everything . Bed is good . clean pillows . everything is better this is the Best hotel in Hastings .we are very happy to live here and very comfortable. Me and my friend enjoying here and all staff is very good.
