The main level features brand new hardwood floors that offer an extra touch of elegance while upstairs boasts plush carpeting throughout.  This pristine home is just minutes away from Quechee Village where you can find everything from restaurants to shopping venues or take in some memorable views of the Ottauquechee River. So come explore your own piece of paradise in Quechee, Vermont – we’re sure you won’t be disappointed! As you step into this home, you enter into the open living, dining, and kitchen area. This exceptional space is both bright and airy and you can comfortably control the temperature it its entirety from the recently installed mini-split unit. The plush leather couch in front of the wood burning fireplace is perfect for cozy evenings year-round. The kitchen with updated solid surface counters is equipped with all the essentials you could possibly need to prepare a meal after a day of adventure and fun in Quechee. To your left as you walk into the home is the main level guest room with a double bed which neighbors a full bathroom with shower. As you go upstairs, to your left is the primary bedroom with a queen bed and plenty of storage space. The open loft area has a pull-out sleeper sofa and smart TV, a pleasant retreat from the downstairs living space. A second full bathroom with a bath and shower combo completes the upstairs space! *Please note the fireplace is not currently operational. *Please note this home has a Charcoal grill. We do not provide charcoal.  Bed set-up: Downstairs Guest room: Double bed, Upstairs Primary bedroom: Queen bed, Upstairs Loft: Double size pull-out couch.  Please pay close attention to following the house rules. When it is possible to check in early or check out late, there will be a fee for anything outside of a one hour window within our standard times. If your need for an early check in or late check out is great, your best option is to book an additional night. - Some homes have cameras for external monitoring only. - In the State of Vermont and in Windsor County, all hotel and vacation rental hosts are required to collect hotel tax. We collect these taxes within the booking transaction. - There is no guard around the pools. - Use at your own risk. - This is a No Pets property. A daily rate fee of $150.00 will apply for violations and you may be asked to vacate the premises with no refund at the discretion of the Host. - This is a No Smoking property.
