We had the nicest stay at Amrit Bhawan. The accommodations are beautiful and comfortable, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, the food is amazing (some of the best we’ve had in India), the shower pressure was very strong, and the environment is great for those seeking peace and relaxation. We will be recommending this lovely hotel to our friends and hope to come back soon! Thank you for a wonderful visit.

What a cosy unique place. I waited more than a year to fulfill my wish: yoga right on a privat Ghat of Ma Ganga. Staff is amazing! I felt so welcome like being in family. Every wish I asked we could realize, from going to temples, local food and remote villages.

Amrit Bhawan was not just a place to stay, it was a sanctuary that offered me the space and serenity I needed to heal. From the moment I stepped onto the property, I was enveloped by an unspoken warmth, a feeling of being welcomed home. Mohit and the amazing staff treated me like family, their kindness and attentiveness creating an atmosphere that was both comforting and uplifting. The property itself is a masterpiece of aesthetics, preserving its rich heritage while weaving in modern elegance. Every corner seemed to tell a story, from the carefully restored details to the tranquil private ghat. The food was a revelation, outstanding flavours that celebrated local traditions, each meal prepared with care and thoughtfulness. And the curated experiences? They were as thoughtful as they were enriching, offering a deep connection to the culture and spirit of Haridwar. Amrit Bhawan wasn’t just a stay, it felt like a home that nurtured my soul, leaving me with memories as soothing and enduring as the lapping waters of the Ganga.

We loved our stay at Amrit Bhavan in Haridwar. The hotel is relatively small, and much attention has been put into the experience from the service to the architecture. The design is thoughtful throughout from material selection to furniture. The food is sourced locally and the staff attentive. The garden leads down to a private waterfront of the Ganges where we had a yoga class with the hotels private teacher every morning. We had an amazing stay and will come back for more.

Amrit Bhawan truly offers a magical experience that lives up to its name, "House of Nectar." From the moment we arrived, the warmth and hospitality made us feel embraced, as if by Ma Ganga herself. The property is meticulously designed, with every corner reflecting the immense effort and dedication that has gone into it. The food was divine, seemingly blessed by the goddess, and the staff ensured every meal felt like a celebration. The local dishes we tried, especially the dinner thalis, were memorable and the perfect way to immerse ourselves in the local culture. Breakfast options like red rice dosas, porridge, and pancakes were absolute standouts, and the evening tea time was a charming highlight. The atmosphere of the hotel left us feeling rejuvenated, with the sound of the Ganga and access to the ghats enhancing the entire experience. Their curated sound therapies and live evening music only added to the tranquil ambiance. The rooms were a work of art—beautifully finished with thoughtful touches, lighting, and color schemes that felt perfect in every way. One of the most memorable experiences was the private aarti arranged for us at Har Ki Pauri, a gesture we are immensely grateful for. A huge thank you to the wonderful staff—Sagar ji, Abhishek ji, Sunil ji, and Mohit ji—who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. We can't wait to return to Amrit Bhawan. Truly, a stay here is nothing short of divine.

Our experience at Amrit Bhawan was truly exceptional. The name, which literally translates to "House of Nectar," perfectly encapsulates the heavenly treatment we received during our stay. The food was a highlight, served with such love and care that it felt blessed by Goddess Ma Ganga herself. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, and the location provided a serene escape from the city's noise. From the moment we entered, we were greeted with warm smiles, making us feel embraced by the spirit of the Ganga. The property itself is a work of art, with meticulous attention to detail in every corner—from the decor to the lighting and sounds, everything is uplifting. The food deserves special mention; the breakfast spread was a 10/10, with red rice dosa, millet porridge, and banana pancakes topping our list. Each meal, including the thali dinners, was a delightful representation of local cuisine. We also appreciated the community representation throughout the property and the daily evening aartis, which were beautifully maintained. The evening music and sound therapy added to the serene atmosphere. We had the chance to partake in a cooking class by Chef himself and took back home some techniques to try make our own “Pahadi” delights! A highlight of our stay was participating in a graceful aarti at Har Ki Pauli, expertly arranged by the team. We are incredibly grateful to Mohit Ji, Sunil Ji, Sagar Ji, Abhishek Ji, the entire kitchen crew and housekeeping team their exceptional service. We can't wait to return!
