No hot water not even warm tv didnt work was up for a wedding would never stay again when we told them there was no hotwater we where called liars only good thing we can say is bed was very comfortable

We had reserved a room with 2 queen beds but we were given a room with 2 doubles

Our room had cobwebs, dead spiders, no hairdryer, house flies and the sink leaked. Overall wasn’t impressed by the cleanliness but was more disgusted with how the house keepers spoke to us as we were packing up. There’s a polite way to speak to customers staying and I think they could use a lesson or two on that aspect. After we spoke to them about extending our stay we could hear the two girls raising their voices walking down the hallway about them not wanting to be there and needing more bed sheets. I honestly think if it wasn’t for poor attitude from staff i would have just made a comment to the person at front desk about the cleanliness of our room and not had to write a review. I will not be staying here again until some changes are made

I asked for spoon and forks they cannot provide,I asked for a little bit of extention of check out but they refused,

We booked this hotel last minute. Overall it’s Ok but I’m not impressed. The room was Ok bed is comfy. We had a fridge. Microwave and a coffee machine with no supplies. Had TV with cable that didn’t work. The location is great you have food basic and dollarama and Tim Hortons in walking distance and the ****** is across the road. Overall it’s Ok but doesn’t deserve the price we paid for basic accommodation

We requested an early check in and did not receive it. I was told it would be added to our reservation and we had to wait an additional 3 hours for our room to be ready.

Shower head was fixed with electrical tape. Had to stop at Dollarama to purchase cleaning supplies and buy a new shower curtain since the one they were using was scummy and stunk. Towels were so used they had nothing left to them. Played a game of guess what that stain is on the comforter, needless to say we have two new sleeping bags.

Not a whole lot of storage space, even though we rented a suite. The floor looked good as it has newish luxury vinyl tile, but could have been cleaner. Our feet and socks revealed the floor wasn’t clean. We appreciated that the paperwork was ready to go on our arrival. Quick check in and checkout

This property is convenient because its close to grocery store, dollar store for basic needs. However its a little sketchy.
