Hotel Emerald Waters Classy

From my first contact with the hotel, until my checkout date, Ms. Kim and Lucas were there with helpful advice and support on my trip. Though the hotel is showing some age, the amenities were fabulous, the staff very professional, and the facilities and rooms were clean. The complimentary breakfast and coffee were a treat to wake up to, each day

Emerald Waters is a good hotel located in the Old Town of Hanoi. The team of folks working there are very nice and very welcoming and attentive. Bonie was FANTASTIC and we enjoyed speaking with her and she was so helpful. The breakfast was good but not outstanding. As I mentioned the location, if you want to be in old Town, is good but the rooms are a bit dated and need some attention. I would come for the staff and location but not for the rooms until they are renovated.

Staff were very welcoming and only too happy to please and make sure our stay was enjoyable. Very reasonably priced and included breakfast. Great location for exploring Hanoi. We got a spa treatment and facial which was at their other hotel but they transported us there on the back of a moped. Treatments were well worth it.

I encountered an unfortunate pickpocket incident on my arrival in Hanoi. However, I must compliment staff of this hotel Ms Kim and in particular Tracy who went the extra mile to provide support for a customer in distress. They were warm, friendly and attentive to customer needs. Tracy in particular, even accompanied me to police station and help me with the translation after her work hours. The hotel is clean and located at a convenient location in the old quarter. Exemplary customer service rendered Ms Kim and her team. I will certainly be back here again and will recommend my friends to stay at this hotel when they visit Hanoi.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Most recommended for family and couples. They do understand your requirements. Great breakfast, staff adjusted menu for vegetarians as well. The manager Ms. Kim supported us a lot. Really very grateful to her! Thanks a lot, team!

Wir starteten unsere Vietnamreise in diesem Hotel. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich und schmeckt gut. Besonders schön am Frühstück ist der Mix aus heimischer und westlicher Küche. Das Zimmer war sauber und für zwei Personen groß genug. Lediglich ein Fenster nach außen wäre ganz schön gewesen. Trotz der Nähe zum Zentrum kann man gut schlafen und bekommt nicht viel von dem Straßenlärm mit.

Hotel staff very friendly and lovely, they focus with service especialy ms.Kim customer service, she very cute and alway take care me everytime i get in or go down to the hotel's lobby. Room quite well, not large but not small, i like that point, make me feel like stay home with wood style decor. I will comeback here again.

When entering the hotel you will be welcomed with all the most respect and kindness. The staff is the star at the hotel, all the staff here are very enthusiastic and helpful. The room is decorated very cozily I feel like my home. The breakfast so yum with Pho. There is no doubt that this will be my choice every time I come to Hanoi
