가격을 생각하면 괜찮은데 조금 더주고 다른곳에서 묶는게 나을것 같아요~ 큰대로 가까운 위치 이지만 좁은 골목안에 있어 불편합니다. 사장님은 매우 친근하고 좋습니다.

나는 호텔에서의 숙박을 즐깁니다. 접수 원은 수용적이고 정중했습니다. 영어로 의사소통이 가능하므로 문의사항이나 요청사항이 있으면 정말 쉽습니다. 첫날밤에는 방이 그리 크지 않고 꽤 낡았지만 둘째날에는 방이 새것이라 깨끗했습니다. 화장실도 정말 깨끗해요.

씨트립에서 예약한 호텔 중 최악입니다. 방이 너무 좁고, 테이블도 없고, 아침 식사는 그럭저럭입니다. 꼭 필요한 경우가 아니면 이 호텔에 묵지 마세요. 하노이 구시가지에 위치한 30~40미터 길이의 빈민가 같은 좁은 골목을 지나야 한다.

이 호텔은 하노이 구시가지와 매우 가까운 완벽한 위치에 있습니다. 객실은 작지만 깨끗합니다. 1층에 있는 작은 방에 배치한다면 반드시 변경을 요청해야 합니다. 우리는 거기에 배치되었지만 부엌에서 나는 냄새와 소음이 위층으로 다시 돌아간다는 것을 즉시 확인했습니다. 우리는 방을 바꿔달라고 요청했고 주인은 즉시 아주 친절했고 아무런 비용도 들지 않았습니다. 우리는 6층에 있는 작은 방에 배정받았는데 정말 완벽했습니다. 아침 식사는 양이 많아 좋습니다. 주인은 또한 마지막 날에 복도에 가방을 보관할 수 있도록 해줬는데 정말 좋았습니다.

I would not stay here as we booked on Booking and they obviously put up their prices and did not want us to stay as we were given this message I want to inform you that we have changed owners, so your reservation may be accepted or they will not let you stay there. You will receive free cancellation, If cancellation will be best for you. I don't want you to get kicked out of the hotel when you get to the hotel. I'm truly sorry, and sympathetic, I wanted to inform you.

Peter and his team were outstanding. Location is perfect, within walking distance to everything. Room clean and bed very comfortable. Can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. Will definitely book again when I return to Hanoi. Hopefully sooner rather than later 😊

Worst hotel experience in Vietnam. I booked the hotel based on the positive reviews mainly around the helpful owner Peter. My wife and I were arriving at 5am in the morning and therefore I had booked our room for the evening before to ensure we had a bed to sleep in. Peter had messaged me the evening before and I confirmed our arrival time. Following this he then decided to give our room to someone else and expected us to wait in reception for hours until a room was free. Shocking. Pathetic customer service especially as I had done everything I could to ensure we were not stuck in that situation after a long night travelling. The reception area was covered in faeces, absolutely filthy. We couldn’t have been more disgusted. Absolutely shocking service and a disgusting hotel down a filthy alley. Avoid.

Perfect hotel in the old quarter of Hanoi. We stayed 2 nights when we first landed there and then after our whole tour we came back to stay 1 more night before leaving the country. The rooms are clean and comfortable and even though you're next to the nightlife it's not noisy and for breakfast they have wonderful pho! Special mention to the staff, they speak English and Peter helped us with everything we needed, he organized our tour from there to Ha Long and on to Ninh Binh. If I go back to Vietnam, which I really hope to do, we will be back. Thanks Peter and see you in the near future!!!

We loved the location in the old quarter in a quiet lane. We enjoyed paying a bit more to have a bigger room with balcony. The standard rooms are quite small. The staff was very helpful. They offered us to take a shower after checking out when we came back for our bags. Thank you for all Peter. Gladys and Eddy

Very pleased with our stay in this small and calm hotel! The staff was friendly and helpful, they helped us with the transportation to the location we were going next. The breakfast was really good, the room had all we needed, the location was great, the transport they aranged for us from the airport was effective and they even sell for 5$ sim cards good for a month. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Excellent stay! Peter was extremely helpful with everything we needed, he upgraded our room, recommended restaurants and arranged a trip for us, we were also able to do some laundry as they provided the service. The breakfast included was fantastic both the vietnamese pho, the American one, pancakes and fruit. We loved our stay and would highly recommend it!

Your review Cristina Boutique Hotel Hoàn Kiếm 2023-05-26 07:20:03 10 Exceptional Liked · The hospitality of Mr Peter was more than Commendable . He had gone out of the way to help us. We had to rebook our flight from Da Nang to Hanoi. As a result we reached Hanoi early by 2 hourse. Mr Peter helped us to do early check in. Once we were settled he took the pain to explain us about the city in detail with a map. Infact he had ensured a pickup from the Airport and the rate was exactly the same which you get through Grab app. He also ensured that we were not out of money when we were unable to draw money due to some ATM issues. The breakfast was awesome . His choices were too good and so were the housekeeping. In all it is always a particular instance which makes or breaks a trip. For us Mr Peter had booked a fantastic Ha Long Bay tour which was reasonably cheap than the existing tour operators. The Ha Long tour was a 5 star Cruise with lunch and awesome evening party in the cruise. Thank you Mr Peter for making our stay one of the most memorable ones. Not to forget in ensuring that our son was also a accomodated in a very relaxed and spacious room. Thank you once again Mr Peter. Regards Kabilan Sai Ashok
