Good hotel for drinkers

Where else would they rake and sieve the sand for you?!! I have just returned from my second holiday and I can not wait to go back in August for my third!! We were upgraded to a suite and it was one of the nicest hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. The hotel is immaculate/ The staff can not do enough to help. Getting through the airport is far quicker than Manchester. Love it - take me back!

The Hotel was excellent and definitely 5* in my experience. The facilities were excellent and the cleanest I've stayed at. We had a suite which was huge and had a beautiful view over the gardens and sea. The staff were brilliant and looked after us very well. The food selection was great with a large variety of choice and no issues at all. If you want a relaxing holiday in the sun then I would thoroughly recommend a stay here.

lovely hotel, the place was really clean thanks to the amazing staff we have to mention FA**A one of the best house keepers we have ever come across, nothing was too much trouble. We enjoyed the location of the hotel, and found the food good, I do agree with the other reviews the spa is not the best, however the hotel is a must see......

It was really nice experience to stay. Food and comfort is really good. Beach of the hotel is beautiful. They are offering a 20 - 30 minutes of free massage which is a nice touch. And staff is really welcoming plus friendly. I have stayed quite shortly and only point that made me gave 4 star is the spa experience. It is really not good at all which should be really improved. Maybe that's the reason they offer a free massage for one time only.

If I could rate this hotel any higher I certainly would!! The service is fantastic and we were looked after extremely well. The cleanliness of the rooms were spot-on. Food variation was phenomenal and the size of this hotel was perfect. It boast a great beach which is just a step over from the pool side. I extend my thanks to the breakfast and lunch staff, the evening dinner manager I am rebooking to go there on my 50th this year.

I cannot express how fantastic this property is. Me and my wife went there for 7 days and from the second we got there we could tell how brilliant our holiday was going to be. Rooms are so spacious and the hotel has so so many place to sit and have a relaxing drink whilst overlooking the ocean. The food was amazing and with the excellent service at the hotel it was an added bonus. There is no doubt in our minds that we will visit this hotel again during this year.

Our 4th time at this amazing resort. The food is incredible and the staff are very friendly. We also did a day trip to El Jem colloseum, Kairouan and Sousse market which was superb for just £55 for the whole day. We also did a day trip to Sidi Bous Said, Tunis grand bazaar and Carthage which is a must see. The rooms and facilities are very new and you get a free massage with your stay.

I’m unsure how this has been classed as a 5 star resort. The facilities are average, the service is average, only one of the numerous restaurants listed was open during our 5 night stay, that massage / wellness centre is the worst and most embarrassing I’ve ever encountered, cleaners never refresh things like soap, water, toilet paper in your room, food is odd. Wouldn’t particularly recommend this resort, plenty of much nicer resorts and accomodation in Europe.
